  1. i think he just got confused.
  2. buy new hubs.
  3. been using a kobalt impact from lowes for a while now. works fine.. and if it stops ill take the motherfucker back and get something else.
  4. its www.ktperformance.com
  5. haha, how the hell did you not know what cylinders you have??
  6. i agree with jeffro and davejoejagjr i run the magnum basket and stock inner and outer. bought my shit from FAST
  7. does it run fine once its started by push or pull?? have you pulled a plug out and checked to see if you have weak spark? plugs good, not fouled?
  8. measure the inside of the motor side of the carb. im betting its a keihin pj 34mm.
  9. no need for a plug chop. take it for a ride. get it good and warm. do a wide open throttle plug check in 5th or 6th gear. run it WOT for a few seconds and shut it down. pull the plugs and see what they look like. dark brown or black = too rich. drop the main size down. tan = just about right. white = lean. raise the main size.
  10. why would he call this guy to ask for jetting specs?? thats ridiculous. it will depend on temperature and altitude.. but.. i think youll be safe to start at 162 main and 48 pilot. if youre a lot colder than 60 degrees you may consider jumping up to a 165 main and 50 pilot and work from there.
  11. just drain the fuel out of your bike.
  12. if i win, theres no way im selling the boost bottle. its going on my 10mm cub motor.
  13. Lee Weeks started BHQ a long time ago.. its gotta be comin up on 10 years now. the longest running members such a Meat, NYUK, myself and others have been around longer than since 2002. there have been several board upgrades in which the actual register dates were lost.. the last time around i believe Lee entered the august 2002 start date for the long time members..
  14. well i just bought a set of wheels and tires from rmatv in 9 inch with douglas 160 rims and knarlys and it was 200 bucks. thats a pretty good deal.. i would really try to save and get the 9 inch rims. youll be better off in the long run.
  15. switch rim sizes. there are far more tire choices for a 9 inch rim than a 10 inch. kenda knarly is a better tire than the klaw. ive run them both and currently run knarlys.. i-razrs are overpriced and way too fuckin heavy. i had a set and i thought they wore pretty quickly. fast trekkers are a pretty good tire, but i think youre gonna have a hard time finding them. plus you wont find them in a 10 inch rim size. knarlys are the best way to go, but you need to switch rim sizes. just get you a tire and wheel package from rmatv.
  16. i usually pull them both, esp when cold. its a good idea to choke them both for the extra lube in each cylinder upon cold starting.
  17. jetting.. air filter clean?
  18. ive never snapped off a stud and ive had some pretty old motors. if yours is a 2005 you shouldnt have an issue.
  19. im high bidder right now.
  20. thats true. i would never go back to a stock tranny. even if i was to build a play banshee, itd have a duneable in it. theres no reason not to. if youre building any power at all the lockout is a must.. then you wont be able to shift so the duneable is a must.. personally, i wouldnt waste my time and money on the other shift mods.. id just do the duneable and be done with it.
  21. no. just dont PC the part that rests in the bearing carrier or the ends where the hubs have to slide on.
  22. id run t5's over t6's.
