what is it that you want to know? changing your jets wont solve a possible petcock issue. also, if youre running the bowls dry, changing jets wont solve that either. if youre doing mile and a half long races, i will almost guarantee that youre running the bowls dry.. no gas = no power and possibly locking your engine up.

call cameron at redline racing. http://www.redline-racing.net/ super nice guy and builds a great motor. he ported my 10mm cub that im running now. dave moore is a good builder as well but i think he specializes more in building frames and doing machine work. i dont know anyone off hand who has porting by him. cameron and dave are good friends. when i built my 10mm, cameron recommended i have dave do the machine work. he also cut my duneable override.

your jetting should be rich now after going from 40 degrees to 60. the dark tan or chocolate indicates it is rich. new plugs wont fix this, only rejetting will. maybe you busted a ring and it caused it to jam up. sounds like you might need to pull the cylinders to see whats going on.

you have a stock swingarm? you want the whole carrier or just the bearings? you should be able to find a stock carrier with bearings in it for next to nothing. PM "NYUK" here on HQ. i bet he has 10 of them laying around.

those things are junk. better stay off the road with them or they will really wear down fast. the tread pattern on them make for a shitty tire when you hit sand or soft dirt.

1200 for just a roller? fuck that. i can buy complete bikes down here for 1500 all day long. i would check the local market to see what else is out there. i would be weary of a motor that runs, but is out of the bike. this whole things sounds shady to me and i would run away from it. try to find something together, that you can test ride and hear run for yourself.

if youre drag racing 1/4 mile its very possible youre running the bowls dry. if you think its the petcock, take it off and inspect it. it might have shit built up around the screens and fuel might not be flowing through it properly.

weight plays a huge role in how a bike runs. the more rotational mass you have, the more power you will need to turn it. run the lightest but most durable tire you can. ive run almost every dirt tire out there to find out which ones last the longest and hook the hardest. yfz450 tires seem to hook a little harder than kenda knarlys, but dont last quite as long. they are both lightweight and very affordable. you really cant go wrong with either tire. like i said before, i am going to run those tires from FAST next. im sure they will hook hard and i dont think they are too heavy. any of these three will suit your needs and wont break your bank.

go with the 421. you can never have too much power.
