once i installed the new cable, i had to adjust the pancake bearing so that i would still have my adjustment on the perch. otherwise, i had none.
my clutch arrow does not exactly line up with my clutch arm. ive heard of other people having this same issue. i dont go by that arrow at all.
this post really didnt have as much to do with the fact that i had to adjust the pancake bearing. the fact that i had to adjust my bearing led me to figuring out my cable had stretched. some people may never have these issues, and some will.
like i said above, i dont go by that arrow. if i had, and left the pancake bearing, i wouldve had no shortening adjustment on my perch. so i say fuck the arrow, and adjust the pancake to where ive got adjustment both ways on the perch..
