matt runs a cheetah motor on the coal hills. looks like it runs pretty good there. the PV setup really helps on the bottom end but the cheetah will still pull the high R's. you can do 4, 7 and 10mm stock cylinder motors. the 10's take a lot of work from my understanding. the 4 is the easiest and the 7 is pointless since its the same price as the 10. personally, i would just do the 4mm. itll save you tons of time and money.

shit, not sure. you know where the eccentric bolt is that moves your shifter up and down behind your clutch? im wondering if thats centered on your shift star..

185 is getting up there but not unreasonable. my brother had a FAST motor that was right around 180. it made a ton of power down low. i would shoot for anywhere between 175 and 185 and you should be fine. with higher compression does come more stress on parts. my 10mm cub motor runs about 175 PSI. its enough compression to give me good grunt down low but not so much as to hinder my top end performance..

your gear shifter selector centered up? i dont know if it might cause this problem but might be worth checking out. seems weird that it doesnt wanna stay in when youre under power.

i also use the stuff from jj&a. having parts machined is not cheap, especially if youre only doing one. it might be cheaper to get your front pivot tube and carrier straps from jj&a.

saying youre getting ripped off is ridiculous. $30 a year for endless banshee info is a rip off? even if the site NEVER changes again, i will still feel like im getting my moneys worth. some people know ive been trying to work some things out with lee on the site. ive been doing everything i possibly can to make it better, but the bottom line is i dont know everything and i dont have access to some stuff. until lee puts me in that position or me and him can make a deal on the site, i dont know what else can happen. ive emailed him many times. i will again and let him know members are not happy. maybe that will motivate him to do something. i hate to see members pissed off, but you need to step back and see what youre getting with HQ. NO other forum out there gives you the freedom HQ does. if youre pissed, take your ass on over to PS and see how far you get. i dont mean to sound like a dick, but everyone has it pretty fucking good here.
