  1. loctite and an impact should do the job.
  2. dave, is that what the torque monster thread is about?
  3. haha, just fuckin with ya.. no pics right now.. i was weighing in at 193 at the beginning of february.. down to 178 now and getting ripped as fuck. been hittin abs hard and they have come through way more than they ever have. anyone else cuttin down for summer?
  4. koolguy, i see you been coming over to HQ more and more here lately.. whats the deal? did PS ban you or just piss you off? you finally realize ohton is a crooked ass piece of shit and say fuck his site? anyway, carry on!
  5. yes, it would be better to switch back to the stock key and buy a timing plate. anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. its ridiculous to risk what could happen by running one. timing plates are cheap. buy one.
  6. no, they go on after the first part of the head.
  7. is it a +4 timing key? if so, it should have an offset in it. stay away from degree keys. get a timing plate. more reliable and you can advance or retard timing. PM NYUK here on HQ. he probably has a stator and a flywheel.
  8. no i havent, but i have no doubt they are good tires. ive personally seen them in action and i know they hook up well. i would say out of all your choices to try them. i will be buying some here in the next month or so. just havent been riding much due to stupid ass weather. and my 450 tires still have good life on them.
  9. i dont run my banshee in the trails at all. only thing its used for his hillclimbs and sand drags. i wouldnt even bother trying to just play ride a banshee. i think everything a trail setup banshee can do, a 450 can do better.
  10. whats not to understand? bunch of dudes wack off on a piece of bread. the last guy to finish has to eat it.. pretty simple, no?
  11. just take all that shit back and demand a refund. then call FAST. fuck dealerships.. if they gave you the wrong shit, its their fault..
  12. just run them downwards on the frame. use some zip ties. the two coming out of the cases are just vent tubes. run the line from the overflow bottle straight down.
  13. dude, that cable looks fine. you dont want it tight as fuck. remember your gas tank still has to go on.. and your plastic. that shit will take some slack out of it.
  14. both pistons will always be moving. sounds like youre not getting fire from one cylinder..
  15. tons of shit. just depends on what all you have on your bike.
  16. that looks very much like my yfz450 shift lever.. take it back. thats not for a banshee.
  17. looks fine to me.. whats the problem?
  18. i disagree with 450 tires wearing quickly. ive got a ton of road riding time on mine as well as trail, sand and rock riding and they are in great shape. i agree that they puncture easier than some other tires, but its not really bad.
  19. geez, what the fuck does this say?? ah no shit? i figured it was higher than that.
  20. this is a banshee shift lever.. is it what you have? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANS...%3A1|240%3A1318
  21. start at the perch. then run it down beside the stem through that little U shaped wire thing on the upper cross member.. then down beside your right cylinder. then to the clutch arm.
  22. i think 110 or 112.
  23. before you do anything, you need to check your compression. thats the first step.. report back.
  24. i paid 450 for used ones. 600 is prolly about right.. who is porting your bike?
