i have a 10mm cub and a buddy that has a 4mm dm. they are pretty evenly matched setups. its really going to come down to rider and setup. i dont think you can go wrong with either.

yes, i think they are worth it. ive had my magnum billet basket from FAST in my 10mm cub for 4 years now and it still looks brand new. if youre going to replace it, spend the extra money and go billet and be done with it.

damn, thats a lot of money for a used bike these days. i guess you have to think about how much you like your bike and if you were going to buy another one, what would it cost to set it up the way you want it? thats the thing really, buying a newer bike isnt really going to matter since they are all the same. if youre just going to hop it back up like the one you have now, id pass on it and im sure you will be money ahead.

haha, yea ive thought about it. i just dont wanna gay it up.. ive never heard of any thickness issues. theyve gotta be a certain thickness im sure. it was never an issue to my knowledge though. the welds on my set and my brothers were great. bbcmudtruck has my brothers old set and theres not a thing wrong with them. ive not seen a brand new set by these new owners so i have no way to tell.

bisping is a moron. he always has been and always will be a moron. im hoping that more people are starting to realize thats hes not nearly as good as he thinks he is. the UFC has been behind him hyping him for a long time now, but when he fights the big names like hendo and wand, he loses. the guy will never be a champ unless its in strikeforce or some other organization. my biggest gripe about him is that he comes into the fight trying not to lose, instead of trying to win. i would probably like him but he openly stated thats what he was going to do against leben and before the wand fight he said, "im taking the leben approach on this one."

i dont think i know anyone named george. i dont remember the name from mationals last year. if he was there, he didnt do very well either. that hill is badass. id love to come run that shit. i wish i wasnt so damn far away from the east coast hills. you guys have some awesome ones out there.

the main differences in the older style and the new were the silencers. notice in the first pic below how the end of the silencer flares? thats the older style. then the next pic it doesnt? thats the newer style way back then i upgraded to the newer style silencer, but the expansion chamber didnt change. also, when people say the new ones are "junk" they dont really even know what theyre talking about. at one point in time there was a guy making them that put down some shitty welds on them. its plain and obvious when looking at them. if you find a set that has good looking welds, then there is nothing wrong with them.
