You're an idiot. You really should just stop posting. Stick with 520. Anything 8,000 pound tensile strength will be plenty. In most cases, there is no difference between the 530 and 520 tensile strengths. And the pin length on a 530 chain actually makes them more prone to breaking there.

I seriously doubt anyone makes an extended line. Most people ditch the whole parking brake garbage set up. My local Yamaha actually makes cables though. They've made a couple throttle cables for me before. You might see if a local shop has the tools and pieces to make them if you're that serious about keeping it.

38 rear won't work. The chain will hit the hub. 39 is very close but I still wouldn't risk it. 40 is the smallest I would run and have no worries.
