Have you ever ridden a DM? They make a fuck load more power from top to bottom than any other motor I've owned. I think before you go trying to do something silly, you need to ride one. The power my 18DM makes off the bottom is fucking ridiculous compared to my old 10mm Cub. Same with the 10DM I had.. Tons of power everywhere. -
Are those stainless bolts in the rear linkage?

I won the 0-450cc 2-stroke class at the National hillclimb on RJD's 421 Serval motor. That set up was 35mm PWK, Rockets and a +8 swingarm. It was solid. It pulled my 22" cut tires with 15/41 easily. If I was going to build a play bike it would be a 4 or 10mm Serval with the same pipes and carbs with a +4 or +6 swingarm.

Welcome to BansheeHQ! It would be a lot easier if you had a budget in mind. That way we can offer you things that fit in your budget. Stroker motors can add up quickly. To avoid extra costs, do it right the first time.

Yes. Never had an issue. My problem with them now is that they have seemed to switch some stuff up. The master links I used to order don't fit now. Maybe a change in part number. I run two masters for easy gear changing and always have back ups.

I need new chains, I this post actually applies to me.. I have been running DID 8,000 pound chains, but I may upgrade this year to something else.. What you think Green? You running 520 or 530 on the triple? Keep in mind, I am launching this thing uphill at 50+mph off 5' tall jumps.

Matt, if those shocks were only 14.5", wouldn't there be a chance that the shock bottoms out and doesn't allow the a-arm to hit? Is the extra length of those shocks allows the arms to drop lower and cause the hitting point? Just trying to throw some ideas out there. No idea what stock shock length is..

PWK all day long. Very easy to set up and maintain. PJ are outdated and very hard to dial in exactly.
