  1. If you have never split the cases before I suggest doing it from top down to get familiar with them.
  2. The most shocking part of this post is that you have a girlfriend?!
  3. If you're getting beat by 4mm Cubs, I think a case saver is the last thing you need.
  4. If eBay wasn't such a garbage company, they would cancel that account. That's bogus.
  5. I thought it had a bid for $9,100 last time I saw it..
  6. Hahaha, yes.. Absolutely ridiculous.. NOTHING makes them better. There's about four people that run around spouting off about how great they are when you can get the same thing for half the price. I asked him one time why they were so high and he got upset.
  7. What are Stacey's boobies doing tonight?
  8. It's too bad it's not still together. Pictures would have been nice. Upon tear down, was there anything that appeared loose or missing? The shift shaft jaws should be centered on the shift star.. Meaning that it should be an equal distance from the pin on the top and on the bottom. Still, that wouldn't likely keep it from shifting out of gear. It's a good idea to install all new seals if the cases are split. Check the idler gear also. The bushings wear out and the idler gear gets sloppy, sometimes causing them to kick the clip off the end of the shaft.
  9. Precision Powersports has some very fast running bikes. I would not hesitate to have them do motor work.
  10. Have you ever seen the Fireball swingarms? They are very nice. Give Roger a call. 559-324-9533 I am pretty sure he does discounts for BansheeHQ members. Tell him you got the info here.
  11. Haha, no idea.. I'm guessing 15 or 16. Call Tony at TDR and ask him.
  12. A ported 10mm DM on race gas with 39PWK and big bore Shearer in-frames will make 125hp pretty easily. You need to have the motor ported for maximum performance.
  13. This is what you want.. https://www.bansheedepot.com/proddetail.asp?prod=18-5925s
  14. I'm pretty sure Mull designed a better shaft for these too.
  15. Honestly, it's not rocket science.. But these builders have years of R&D in these set ups. They know what works and what doesn't. I don't know how many times over the years we have seen guys come on here because they couldn't get something to run right because they pieced motors together from 18 different sources. The BEST thing you can do when building a motor is pick a builder and let them build it from start to finish.
  16. I just sent him e-mails to two different addresses I have for him.
  17. The guy who owns Mull Engineering.
  18. I will send Brandon an e-mail with a link to this thread..
  19. Yea, there is no perfect transmission for that. I would recommend the pro-mod transmission from Redline.
  20. It all depends on what you want out of the bike.. If you want it coming on strong off the bottom but signing off early up top, go with Rockets. If you want to lose a little on the bottom but want it pulling longer on top, go with Shearer. For MX and trails, I would opt for Rockets. For open dunes, I would opt for Shearer. There's a chance that Sniper may be the best pipe for that motor, but we haven't done the testing on a 4mm Serval yet.
  21. First off, what kind of riding do you do? There's a good chance you may not even need one.
