  2. You oughta have him talk to that guy & have him get on the HQ, maybe then we could have him pull some strings and get us HQ'rs some discounts! I need some mohawks for the g/f's EX.
  3. Dunno if I'll make it to snake hunt. I like to be able to ride & not have to worry so much about the traffic on the dunes. I may go down just to check out the nice rides & watch the 'big-boys' drag. We'll see...

    Nationals !

Very Sorry to hear that, I just lost my dad & best friends a little over a week ago; tough times. My thoughts & prayers are with you & his family.
  5. Are you gunna race the Grandpa class Meat? j/p...
  6. Sounds like you got'r dun. Got any pics of the new setup? I've always heard of aluminum boxes on shees, but don't know that I've seen any myself.
  7. I don't think he was intending to piss anyone off. Opinions are like assholes, you got one too. Chill dude...
  8. Hey now....
  9. I like it Bense! My dad sold his sig & regretted it every day. They're great, I'm just a die-hard colt fan. I can shoot better with my Gov model .45 than I could with the sig just cause I'm comfy with it in hand. Just from personal expereince I can say that I will never own a grock in my life. I've seen one shatter & several snap and crack when put through pro-longed shooting sessions & what-not. My dad was an NRA instructor & a commander of an 8 county raidius Special Response Team, or SWAT team if you wanna call it that, K-9 handler, can't even list all of his accomplishments, but was an excellent marksman...I got to see that guy do some shit that I never dreamed possible with guns, he just had a nack with them. He always said if you want to scare people & have a micro-wavable safe gun, get a glock, it's a good gun for a 'Nancy' or weekend warrior. They're alright & good for anything within 20 yards or so--providing they don't shit on ya, but I wouldn't trust my life with one--when I 1st saw one I thought Cool,...but when he popped off a few quick rounds & the end of the barrel cracked around the rifling I was like WTF! & glad it wasn't mine! . Yet again, I guess you get what you pay for too. My dad once worked for a PD that made him carry a clock as his side-arm,...well he also carried his 45 in a shoulder strap also, and a little 20 cal last resort pocket pistol in his boot. Have you ever had any problems with your sig? My dad had some issues with it wanting to jam when he 1st got it, I don't remember what the deal was but he rebuilt it with some upgrades & never had any problems. I was pissed when he sold that gun, still eaks me to this day.
  10. Sounds like you're in for a great time. Surely there's some decent titty bars around there, go get snot-sling'n drunk; then Celine Dione won't be so bad, maybe. hehe
  11. Sounds like a blast! Glad to hear you did good & that the banshee didn't give ya any shit. 8 out of 28 for your 1st desert race, I'd say that's damn good man. Ride on!
  12. Here's *part* of my arsenol....my favorites anyway. Any other Colt fans out there? My dad just passed away & I inheritted a shitload more...these aren't actual pics of mine, I'll have to get a pic of all of my guns sometime for those, like me, who like guns. None of the 9 Mickey Mouse bs either... Officer's Model M1911 Colt .45 (inheritted) Government Model M1911 Colt .45 (16th b-day present from my dad, mine's black) Marlin .45 ACP "Camp Rifle"(inheritted) This one's sweet, I can take my magazines out of my Gov. model .45 & they interchange. Acurate as hell & extremely dependable. So yeah....try & steal my shit, but it may hurt just a bit.
  13. That's no BS, always remember that too.
  14. haha,...will be a live version of the 'roostin room'
  15. Sounds kinky Aussie....get us some pics.
  16. Looks great man, good work! Too bad I can't go...
  17. They were just a PITA. I got tired of replacing outerwears that got melted from the heat from the pipes, the fear of them falling off(never did though), having to stay away from water so they didn't get wet, hated cleaning them all of the time. With the 2:1 I've had no issues at all & it's a synch to maintain....running the UNI filter & outerwear...same outerwear that came with it I'm still using after a couple years. I just think the 2:1 is an all-around better system than the clamp-ons.
  18. Not a bad idear... I'm with ya.
  19. Valvoline SE10w30 Over 5 years now & still no problems. Cheap enough to change more frequently also.
  20. That's the 1st time I've heard of anyone having problems with a dirt digger. Did you put the o-rings back in when you installed it?...should be left out & you may have. I dunno... I hear the cheap tusk kits work nicely,...you could get 2 kits for the price of 1 dirt digger too. Just a thought. Hinson makes good clutches kits also, my g/f's dad has been running a hinson for over 5 years now & it's still working great.
  21. Looks like Yamaha's bastard child....gotta little yfz, warrior, raptor, & banshee all into it. Check out the banshee tires & swingarm....same shitty chain adjustment. But it looks pretty slick, I'm sure it'll be a good all-around bike.
  22. Uh....Link is broken.
  23. Me either... Ne1 have any info on how-to & how it helps out? Looks nice man, gave me a chub!
  24. hehe Well if you get into a bind, feel free to PM me,...I'm on here usually 9am-5pm M-F(central time). Or shoot me an email...
