  1. That's the theory I've lived by & I've yet to have to crack my motor open. ...knock on wood.
  2. You'll be ok as long as you don't ride it too damn hard or jump much. The shocks will bottom, and bottom hard. Won't handle like it should, but you'd be ok until you can scrape up the money for the right shocks.
  3. Don't think they're there anymore; I couldn't find them.
  4. Right on,...be sure & drop in and tell us what you think of it and then later when you start miss'n the banshee.
  5. Sorry to hear that. At least the shee can be fixed...
  6. LMFAO BOOM Gotta love top-fuel drags!
  7. How about an 'Adult XXX' section!?
  8. Definately get you a better air filter at the least. I've ran K&N Clamp-ons, they're good, but I've had better luck with the toomey 2:1 system with a UNI filter & outerwear. Less maintinance & performs just as good. Then I'd look into some pipes...just to start. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get rid of the parking break assymbly & disconnect the TORRS also.
  9. Sorry to hear about your ordeal, that's rough...got a good friend that has it also. But on the positive side; at least you can pimp the banshee out to the hilt!
  10. Exactly what I was thinking.
  11. Whoohoo! Pictures!!!
  12. Depends on what kind of money you have & want to spend. Any banshee would be a good banshee. Welcome to the HQ.
  13. Shit. EMAIL THEM TO ME, I'll put them on my server & consider it done.
  14. The Mean Elevation of the state of Massachusetts is 500 feet above sea level. The highest point in Massachusetts is Mount Greylock at 3,487 feet above sea level. The lowest point in Massachusetts is sea level where Massachusetts meets the Atlantic Ocean. Hope this helps ya a bit. Info found on: http://www.netstate.com/states/geography/ma_geography.htm
  15. NO joke,...would be fun with my Camp Rifle though. But it would be fun to go postal on a deer with some pistols just for shits. And I don't know what the deal was with my pop's sig. It was brand new when he had the problems, after he took it all apart & changed out some parts he never had anymore problems. He was to self-centered & was the type to have to fix everything on his own, so that's why he didn't send it back. He figured it was something he had done to it or a manufacturer defect on one of the parts...will never know now that he's gone what exactly the problem was & what he did to fix it. I too am not very fond of beretta's, but I'd take one over a grock any day.
  16. Sounds like a lot of fun, tough break with your results...dunno what the deal with the pics for me is, I can get to imagestation & view my crap there; but none of your pic URL's will view for me.? Owell.
  17. Damnit Man! Quit Tease'n.... Can't see the pics.
  18. Well it is typical for a 'rookie' to want to be a 'pro' isn't it!? j/p, I dunno what the deal is.
  19. For MX or hardpack surfaces they're great. For woods riding I dunno that I'd go with them, not the best in the mud & I belieive they're only like 2ply. For hardcore woods riding/racing I'd go with at least a 4ply tire. Razrs & Holeshot XC's are great for woods, as well as other off brands that are cheaper.
  20. Could be your shift forks binding up, had that happen to me before,...take the clutch cover off & move the shifter a bit & if it's just bound up you'll see it & be able to un-wedge it with a little flathead. If that's the case, after you get it un-bound, take your shifter off & put a couple washers on there(I put a rubber washer next to the stator cover to prevent wear) and then put your shifter back on. This will prevent the left-to-right play of the shifter rod that allows it to bind up.
  21. LMAO, I think mine's said that a few times!
  22. Or section(s).
  23. I bet he's happy with it though. I don't care how fast something is, it's how it rides, handles and whether or not I have a good time riding it. Granted, I like my shee more than anything in the world, but I also like hopping on the EX and taking it for a trail ride or tear'n through some mud. Either way I'm going to have a good time.
