  1. I started having problems with mine when compression dropped under 105 psi. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  2. Like eighties fitness suit. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  3. I actually run 28. 58 : 1 (3.5%) Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  4. I would run 32:1. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  5. Also, did you clean all fuel lines well, not just the jets but the veins inside the carbs where fuel goes trough. I had a case where I cleaned the jets but the dirt was actually behind the pilot jet and the bike wouldn't idle on that cylinder, was working only on 1 at idle and was running hot at higher rpms Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  6. Do you know what is your compression, but more importantly, check for air leaks first. Do a leak down test, usually if you have air leak, no matter what you do, the bike just runs like shit. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  7. If you didn't do some extreme mods, like porting, pipes, shaving head, you probably don't have to weld it. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  8. That's why welding the crank is quite popular here. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  9. I'm not saying don't do it, just make sure it's tight when you finish. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  10. Hard acceleration and deceleration with down shifting can even walk the crank open over time,so there is a chance to cut the key too. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  11. Just be wary with doing it on the quad bike because it's not a chainsaw. With that said, on quad bike acceleration and deceleration is much more extreme than on the chainsaw. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  12. There were even offset keys to buy few years back, not sure if you can get them now. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  13. You could. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  14. I was just about to buy one second hand for 150 aud ( around $100 usd), but not sure any more now as I have fmf fatties at the moment. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  15. Makes sense... In my opinion, doing that, while it must be fun, it is utter waste of money, but so is my gym membership lol Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  16. So 2-1 pipe was more like waste of money and time, wonder what was the reason for even trying to make them? Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  17. Long story short= I was inpatients dump cunt lol. Fucked the crank which fucked the cylinder. On flywheel side cylinder there is a crack on the intake side of it, lucky it lost compression before it broke off completely. When I pulled it apart I could not believe how lucky I was. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  18. Everything seams to be widened on intake side, transfer ports were risen and widened, exhaust looks just to be widened. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  19. Old set up was bored out to the Max thus had to change them. Port job looked quite shitty and rough to me,but looks like it did far better job than it looked lol. On old cylinders with stock head I was getting 120 psi of compression on both and new set up is pushing out close to 140 psi, but It doesn't pull hard until you hit 6k revs and old one would start pulling hard just before you hit 5k. 20. I did rebuild, changed cylinders, pistons and along the way slapped on vf3, +4 timing plate and cool head with 21cc domes. Old cylinders were ported (not sure what port job was done) so after all that I don't feel like the bike is any faster than it was with old set up, quite contrary, feels still slower. Even though I had to go up in jetting from 25-280 to 30-290. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  21. I run vf3, couldn't notice shit. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  22. BTW raptor should smoke stock banshee at all times. Are you familiar with what modes he has on it? Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  23. Never heard of it to be honest, I thought lone star deals with suspension components mostly. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  24. To do that should I have to have a head off of the engine? Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
  25. Do you have a link on how it's done? Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk
