Ya thats more or less what I came across with all the yamaha parts dealers around. When I go in and say I am looking for part .... for an Banshee, they give that blank stair with a urrrggg Im so over worked look, then start with "ok, is that a motox, a sport bike or a atv." And if you want something that involves more than one part number, they just tell you bullsh!t, like they dont got that or that wont work from one year like a 08 and 06 bla bla bla Some times I need a big thing or expensive that, they just laugh at you and say oh your not gona want that. Its sad, kinda makes me wana put money into something else non Yamaha. Honda and kawi suzuki parts are way better service and price.

Hows your yamaha dealer for parts supply and price where your at, ours is horrible in bc.

Just be careful in witch design you choose. I had a similar flame grill. I was tooling around in the garage on afternoon. I lost my footing on some tires or something and put my hand down on the banshee hood to catch my balance, sure enough the flame went straight threw the palm of my hand They are very sharp, and can bite you. My thumb muscles took a few months to recover.

High temp Powder coating old pipes

I just did a set in regular gloss black on a $$$ build. I had no idea that it is not up to even the low temps on most two strokes. Long story short, it melted and burned right off! That was a leason learned the hard way I gess -
Ok, thanks very much for all your help and input I sure hope my axle isnt tweeked, so I can fix the other minor problems and just ride it again.

Hi, this site has been an great for getting info so far, and thanks for that. As far as the issues I'm having; Number one, my rear rotor or possibly axle is slightly tweeked, How can I issolate for sure witch is bent I took the rotor off and it appears flat? Its kinda strange if it was the axle as its a x-33 Number two, my rear caliper slider was seazed so bad, taking it apart I managed to damage the caliper in a few places. The large slider with the hex was so badly stuck just in the bushing not because of rust or anything, I just gave up and drilled it out, then hammered the pin out from the back (doing so I sqeezed in the vise too hard broke the casting and pads... oops Either way I need a new caliper now and a "L" mounting bracket. I heard I can use a new front RH side caliper on the back dose it bolt right up with the included bracket, or do I have to reuse the rear caliper "L" shape bracket? I need to know as the OE unit is drilled and f'd up... Or dose a brembo unit bolt up? Next problem, I bought a mair carbon rad grill and it fits so poor that it is just throwing off the otherwise minty OEM fenders and gas tank skirts. I got it to fit and light up with some spacers, but its just not right, Should I just cut my losses and throw it in the trash and get a new OEM unit. Last problem, I got the two cascade billet pipe clamps on and no matter how tight or how I arrange them the still leak even with silicone, (these seem too short and leak out the front side only) do they make longer or otherwize better deisigned clamps that dont leak. (yes the ones I got are for the right ones for the smaller FMF pipes. Heres the spec's. F.A.S.T 4 mill serval cub motor, Noss head, ARP studs/nuts, GPI rad and hoses, FMF pipes/silencers, V-force-4 reeds, Barnett clutch, fast Billet basket, Graydon 2-1 intake, 38mm airstiker, UNI dual stage filter, alloy water pump, Mod quad kicker, Moose thumb trottle, hide a key, tusk case saver, laegers -1.5 swing arm, JDS sproket gards and brake stay/gard LSR +3+1 a-arms, desert style bumper, Nerf bars, ITP baja rims, CST tires, x-33 axle, billet carrier, Tusk rotors, TM skid plate, TM chain guides, fat bars, SS brake lines, Maier POS grill, armidillo grab bar, FX seat, powder coated frame, Ceet graphics, LED taillight, other small upgrade or billet parts... I just built a Banshee with basicly the same components that you listed, we bought everything from I-shock.com, witch worked out great, they have lots of packages too. We did Long travel LSR DC arms with elkas, and long travel Elka in the rear also. The only things we ordered directly from LSR was a -1 MX swing arm. and a plus 2 stem /clamps. Id personaly would skip the Fasst Flex bars, waste of money... imo Again I-shock set us up with really good service and a package deal that saved us some shipping costs. I have LSR +3 front and Leagers -1.5" on my shee, and with be going Fox Gen 3's shocks like whats on my other quads.

I seen a few listed, but no shipping to canada. It might have been a mistake on the sites I tryed, but they did have the grill listed and i added one to my shopping cart no problem. It was listed reddish yellow Either way if anyone has one that they can ship to me in canada. I can trade, just about anything banshee for a new one

JJ&A Play Axle vs. Lonestar Axcalibur weight comparison
Canada replied to locogato11283's topic in Drag Forum
Hi sorry to bump and old thread, but when it says 34" wide for the play axle Is that with the hubs adjusted to the outer edge of the axle or as shown in the pictures? Or can it go a bit wider like 36-38? Im looking at getting one but atm I have a 2+2 x-33 durablue at about 38" wide, I am willing to go back to stock width but I just dont want to end up with anything narrower than that. -
I just got a new grill and its total junk, the fit is like real dog shit. If it didnt cost so much to send back I would.
-
Anyone know the front tires in the second post, some sort of radials? I hope this guy is doing good and didnt get injured or something like that.
-

Wont let me, says file to big, even if the picture is the size of a postage stamp?
-
Or maybe some billet upgrades like LSR sprocket, brake hubs, and front hubs... Can do straight trade for a 2-1 pipe. will provide tracking...

Have a few to choose from, PT mids, FMF's, and CPI The CPI are good in the wide open areas, but just not for my application. The PT mids are good in the woods and MX type riding but too restrictive for long hill climbs. The FMF's are just right for me, bottom to mid endles pulling power, still revs good up top for hill climbing. Pro Circits are said be a bit better, but they are just a bit hard to get around here.
