I just came to the realization that my throttle is to hard to pull(stock housing, extended lever). I'm trying to work up some ideas. Is there a proven throttle assembly that has a easier pull? And if I where to cut my springs in the carb, how much do you normally take off?

Im fresh out of ideas, so I'm looking for some input. I'm running a pancake bearing with a lockup. When I am done adjusting it tightening the jam nut is a challenge, I'm using a set of bent needle nose pliers to get past the lock up to hold the 2 face section of the adjuster since it sits inside the lockup. Does anyone have any special homemade tooling to hold that 2 face section while tightening the jam nut? Or maybe some pictures of what they do? If you get the frame blasted be sure to pay close attention to where the rear shock mount is welded to the frame. I didn't see mine cracked in that area untill it was blasted and i sprayed it down with crack identifier
