  1. Just double check the rear teeth. See if they are bent forward. Sometimes if you had the chain to loose or the axle not aligned straight, they'll bend on the first ride.
  2. Meat has a step by step on his web page. I used it about 4 yrs ago when I did mine for the first time. Here's the link http://www.thebansheezone.com/Bansheezone/BottomEnd.htm You can get a service manual at the dealship.
  3. Meat, I'm sure if you have free beer, it'll get drank..lol.
  4. I'm glad I had mine taken out. All 4 of mine were impacted (growing in laying down and pushing my other teeth forward). I guess because of my strange shaped head
  5. Sounds like your pilot jets getting a clog. Try pulling the pilot just and clean them and the pilot circuit with compressed air. Simple screw adjustments can help too.
  6. If you have holes that get filled with food just use a kids medicine seringe to "spray" the food out. The most pain I had was food getting stuck in the holes. After I figured that out, it wasn't a problem. It is a bitch having them pulled... man.
  7. It's looking better that I'm going to leave after work friday and leave to make it home sunday. At least I'll get to meet everyone. Probably me and the wife. Maybe my son and his 80cc shockless moto-4. We'll probably just sleep in the truck. Hope I can make it.
  8. Yeah, remember Memorial weekend wasn't started for stuff to go on sale. While lighting the bar-b-que remeber those that have fought to make that possible. We have a free country for a reason. Stand Proud. U.S. Active Army 1994-1998
  9. Did Matt ever decide to do kid sizes?
  10. I understand you have a single. That chart shows for dual or single with there setup. As far as no spark, could be many things but since you moved the switch, it's most likely something to do with that.
  11. The noss head also has a different design dome shape for a little better bottom end.
  12. I've heard of finding excuses Danny but Damn !!!
  13. What he said. If you really have a problem with it it's worth the $$$ to make it comfy.
  14. Soooo... it sounds like there is no real answer. lol. That's why builder like Jim at Passion are out there.
  15. Where are you located. Some one on the bhq may be able to help you. You could pay a dealer but they won't back up their work most likely if something goes wrong. They'll try to blame you some way.
  16. A good machine shop can deck and reshape the domes for you. It's around 80 dollars though. For another $100 or so you could have a noss head and bump your compression a bit while your at it. If it happens again.. god forbid... you can buy a dome to replace the bad one. Andy at www.grandriverracing.com does heads. He can set it up right for you if you want to use the stock head. The aftermarket heads also seal better and are suppose to cool a little better.
  17. Pop-ups was the key word. Those pop-ups are standard crap the web hosts put up because they are getting paid to do so.
  18. Yep, it'll need to be a little richer for the dual setup. Your going the right direction. I'd start where you are though. Here's a chart I found that may help. Of course this is with there port work, but its a starting point for you ..... http://www.trinityracing.com/pages/jetting...heejetting.html
  19. One way to find out.. .try it. I don't think you'll need a clutch basket. The stiffer springs are a good idea. If it slips, tip it on it's side and replace the clutches.
  20. Hey guys, pm me with a price for those. I know they don't cost much to just go and buy but let me know. Or you can email me at [email protected]. Anyone else that may have some extras let me know. I'm trying to work out a sputter I have. Thanks fixitrod
  21. I wouldn't go any higher than that. You have to remeber it's more than height.. .it's shape. Porting is an engineering art.
  22. You need to realize, you don't have spyware.. they are just bullshit pop-ups from websites your visiting. I use 3 programs for spyware adware and popups adaware spysweeper and the google toolbar with FREE popup stopper that works perfectly. Here's the link for the google toolbar http://toolbar.google.com/ When it asks you if you want the advanced type say no. This will save resources on your pc. Walahhhhh, no more pop-ups. It also let you highlight words on a webpage and scrolls to words your looking for to help with your search on huge pages. It's the best spam free toolbar out there. Now if you want pop up like on bhq for pms, just click on the pop button on the toolbar and it will remember that you allowed popups for this site. You don't have to click it again to stop it from other sites. You'll know what I'm talking about after you download.
  23. If it's setup for 93 then run 93 or your motor will need another rebuild.
  24. Wow, around the world ehh. Hope you have fun, and stay safe. We'll be here when you get back
  25. The needles you are using play a big part in what main you'll end up with. Sredish, what needle are you using. adeezy, I'm guessing you'll fine the 185 to be rich if you're running a dual 35mm setup. Same with the pilot. Maybe not, but just a guess. I'd say your at a safe starting point for getting setup correctly though.
