  1. I had a great time. It's always good to meet great people and riding with them. My jetting was way shitty since it's the first hard ride since Dumont but I still had a great time... .except the torn tendons in my foot..lol. I did end up at the doctors office the next day. My foot slipped between the nerf net and the frame on a bad landing. I got dragged a little and my fat ass was twisting my ankle...lmao. Oh, spoin and Banchetta would have a blast riding together. Both crazier than hell.
  2. I had very similar warranty trouble at circuit city. I bought the best digi video camera they had in stock. $1200. It never worked right. Sent it back and forth to the "tech" for a year and he always said nothing was wrong with it. I could put a tape in it right at the store, record, and it wouldn't play back. They'd send it back with the same result. Ended up buy a $450 camera that has worked perfect. There warranty sucks ass.
  3. Anything that spins that fast shouldn't be out of balance. It might work but why take the chance. $150 now or $1000 later.
  4. That's better than them hauling them in.
  5. You need to think about insurance cost also. Just something to keep in mind.
  6. Matt or Steve, I'll be on the road here shortly. I probably won't be there until 9:30 or 10:00. I'll be in a black f150 supercrew with a chrome fox sticker on the back window and a yellow banshee in the back.
  7. I believe less tension yields more response and less top end. Just the opposite for higher tension. Less flutter at high rpms with more tension.
  8. I have Deltas and all you do is flip the mount that holds the reed on. On way creates high tension and the other way is closer to the frame so it creates low tension. The brackets are even labled high and low.
  9. You don't have to. I did it so I always would know if there was enough dirt to cause a clog. Up to you.
  10. Damn man, why the violence.
  11. The delta 3's are not adjustable from what I've read. I think the delta 2's have a low and a high. Tats4life, I'm guessing the 3's are more like the low setting on the 2's. Just a guess from what you said the outcome was. They probably have less tension on them.
  12. Yep, it's not your clutch. Mine does that sometimes too. My problem was I had the shifter to high and wasn't engaging it all the way.
  13. If your went from 180 to 170 I bet your way lean and making it really hot in there. I believe there are three sizes between that. 172, 175 and 178 then 180. I'd put the 180's back in just to see. That will eliminate the air leak theory. I bet it's too lean.
  14. I run on and never had a problem. I did take the petcock out of the tank and cut the stock ones off though.
  15. I think I understood that. The arrow represent the gas flow. It faces the carbs.
  16. I always wondered about porting a scooter.
  17. I need to know who all is bringing there kids and wifes that won't be riding or riding much!!!!!
  18. Me too... or not at home.
  19. Then you'll want duel carbs.
  20. I have a friend who uses cookies as a code. I don't buy weed so I don't need to worry about code names.
  21. Your slides are in wrong.. maybe. Look into the carbs. You should have the cut side of the slide facing the airbox. I also had to take the extra material off like said above for mine.
  22. I think Meat use to make the a-arm kits.
  23. A bunch of us will be at the badlands.
