  1. Move your needle clip to determine your pilot. You’ll get it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Are you running stock carbs? Is it ported? Is it piped? Aftermarket reeds? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Your safe. The problem your describing is pilot jet. Raise your needles first (more air) and see if that makes a difference. If it get s worse or better change your pilot accordingly
  4. Plug looks good and safe. Your main jet is good now change your pilot or move your needle.
  5. DC Pro
  6. check out my dyno graph in the dyno section. I tested them on the same engine, the description above is close.
  7. says invalid link. How do I open the links?
  8. Put in a 30 pilot, adjust air screw and report back
  9. Here’s my serval with a good comparison between the pipes. It’s ported by Redline Racing. Other builders will have differing numbers I will say this about the three pipes, the Shearer has by far the best clearance for filters at the stinger and having the chambers further up front your legs are not going to get burned.
  10. Taking off the lid helps it breath better. Take it off
  11. Check if your pilot is clean how many turns on the air screw are you? buy one side larger pilot and one smaller, put one of them and see if it’s better or worse. If the larger is better, go in that direction
  12. John Long (JL Engineering) sells a 200 watt stator that he tells me has worked great with no returns. His dc battery/rectifier is an awesome unit also
  13. Hahaha

  17. Summit when you cant afford CC
  18. Also, your on your last bore, just run it and don't throw more money into it.
  19. Smaller cc domes or a thinner head gasket. 135 psi sounds perfect to me though, paying for race gas is so expensive and sometimes even finding it is a real pain. Its not fast enough?
  20. ATV ban here in Alberta because of a virus, go figure. My quad wont see woods, just open road and logging roads so im running different pipes. My builder insisted on a dual pingle so I listened, my understanding is that that would be enough, so I don't need bigger bowls. Run your FMF pipes for now and upgrade when you can.
  21. I would not run it with stock carbs, mine has 28 pwk with a dual pingle. 23-24 cc domes will be good for all types of pump gas. For where yu ride I would look hard at the SLP pipes, tons of low end power and torque that comes on super quick for those hills with no run up.
  22. GRR is Grand River Racing or Rocket pipes. Pro Circuits are awesome mod range pipes that make good power. If you want more top end try CPI (good everywhere) or Shearer (the most rev) If you want more bottom end with huge torque get SLP
  23. Not too much difference from 26 to 28 really. You’ll be up on jets by a bit.
  24. What size is tour engine? Hard to beat PCs if you have a smaller engine.
