    There will be five wires coming out of the Cdi box find the green and white one and make sure it's not grounding out on the frame or anything metal

    We have a guy that duck hunts with us and loads his 700 grizzly like this every time. It does look a bit scary but I have never seen him come close to falling or flipping backwards.

    Wes(hazzardbanshee) just put up a top end good jugs and new pistons. Might want to look thru your exhaust outlets like star writer said to see if you need it.

    22.5:1 that's pretty rich like cam said go to 32 or 40 to 1. Being that rich without proper jets can make it run like crap

    I just went through this but mine was a Cdi. You need to check the kill switch and I have seen stators that look horrible but function properly. So if it ohms out ok it's probably fine. You need to start checking continuity in the wiring harness if the kill switch checks out ok

    200/210 depends but the filter adds jet sizes. May just be mine but with the lid I'm running 240 so without the lid I would start rich and work my way down you may end up running 220 or 230

    Mine has k and n with lid and runs 240 try 260

    Pull the floats outs and use a q tip and toothpaste to Clean the seat then make sure there is no grooving or wear on the float needle. Then set the floats to 21mm
