  1. Right. Jetting for the filter and just making sure on elevation. I just want a variety of jets as I plan to start modifying around March. Pipes, porting when it's time for a new top end and etc
  2. It has a k and n filter and it only has 200 mains in it

  4. Just read that completely. Tricked is right the high power stator and servo to shift is a good way to go. My only question would be what would trigger the servo to shift
  5. You could put a high voltage stator and battery then run a compressor with reservoir to power air shifter
  6. I don't know if anybody here is familiar with cz dirt bikes but I have a couple and you only have to use the clutch to take off. It will shift without clutching in between gears. For this guy with this much dedication to still ride I would send my cz engine to a builder if the builder was will to look and see if they would be willing to attempt to modify the bottom end. With the clutch attached to the foot pedal he could just use it to take off and not have to worry about clutching between gears.

  8. Where is a good place to buy jets? I ask because they make aftermarket jets for my cz but they are crap. Didn't know if this was the same way.
  9. My problem is elevation google and earth tools gives me a 400 ft difference. Only mod is k and n filter. 200 mains and 25 pilots
  10. 67banshee01. Shee is stock possibly bored with k and n filter. Not sure on elevation. Wikipedia says 380 to the front door but earth tool.org says 823.5. So elevation wise I'm a little confused. I live in west Tennessee

  13. Cool. Got my gasket on and decided to take a peek at the jetting. I have 25 pilots and 200 mains. K and N filter. Recipe for disaster. Elevation 350ft? Im thinking i need to go to 280 mains and maybe 27.5 pilots. Thoughts

  16. Where can i get the stronger springs.
  17. Is there a way to test the springs. Anyone have a spec for a force gage or something. The springs seemed very weak. Then again i dont know anything about banshee clutches.

  20. I installed my clutches (Thanks Wes) and have one question before i button it up. The adjuster on the pressure plate had alot of slop in it until i pulled the clutch arm in to line up the mark with the case mark. My thoughts is thats ok because the pushrod comes out when that the arm is pulled and pushes out on the pressure plate therefore allowing the motor to run in gear with the clutch pulled in Right??

  23. Cool thanks. Thought the case seam was the timing mark. Now i have it at plus 2. Figured i would go up from there.
  24. The clymers manual doesnt show exactly how to set timing. Can someone elaborate??
  25. Appears the problem is the cdi. Took it bhatch and he hooked it up and no fire put his back on and it run like a champ
