  2. I'm surprised the engine isn't seized
  3. Okay I see what your saying, so I have a stock engine no mods as of right now. Lets say I get the vforce 4 reeds a set toomey t5 pipes and perhaps 30mm mikuni carbs. That should make some power eh ?
  4. You bought a 1987 banshee that's been at the dealership since 2006. Wow! That's a piece of history
  5. lol bolts tend to vibrate out after time dude, that's why I use the loc tite
  6. So it's all good with a stock motor ? I don't mind spending the extra money for something that works and is new. But if it will not benefit a stock motor than what's the point ?
  7. So let me get this straight. Running premium in a 2 stroke with 40:1 mix actually makes a difference ? I just don't get the benefits of running a more expensive petrol.. I put regular in my skidoo 583 and it runs just fine.

  11. Maybe just do a top end job. Start with a clean slate
  12. I your racing. Do what they do in drag strips and put ice cubes in your air box. Not being a dick, I have seen this before

  15. Ok cool. I'm sold on the 4'a. Can I assume they will fit right in on my 87
  16. Looking and throwing away my stock reeds. I see moto has released the vforce 4. What's the difference between the 3 n 4.
  17. Would I need to go richer or leaner ?
  18. This
  19. So I have a really poor air filter. I plan on getting the UNI 2 stage air filter part # NU-2297ST air box and lid still in use. Even with this air filter will I have to re jet or no ?
  20. More surface area = more air flow. I agree with rjdgriff
  21. Why not ? I've had he's bolts back out even after properly torqued. Don't use loc tite if you wanna re torque them ever few hours
  22. Put loc tite on your threads as well when you torque them down. Make sure to wait a few hours so the shit dries properly
  23. And a leak down test,
