    As in RPM's are to low or to high? Have you made an attempt at adjusting the idle control screws?

    See what brand the actual carrier is and check with them. I believe different companies used different bearings. Or get the part numbers off the bearing themselves.

    you should have between 4,700 and 7,100 Ohms from plug wire to plug wire. Test with and without caps. Test just the caps.

    are you putting a spark plug in the boot (cap) and holding it to steel when checking for spark?
