Yeah it started acting up last weekend it was like the throttle was stuck so I shut it off and bumped the throttle a couple times and it was fine for awhile and then it did it again a little while late so I did the same thing then it ran fine for the rest of the day and I parked it in the garage and went to start it yesterday and that's when it sounded weird

Tors and park break have been eliminated

Ok guys I have an 04 banshee and it ran great last weekend now when you start it it don't wanna idle and when you rev it up it sounds weird kinda sounds like it's muffled anyone know what the problem might be

I guess it could be over torque I didn't use a torque wrench next time I'll make sure I use one though. Thank you guys for the helpful info I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something serious before I put it back together.

That's what it looks like I ordered a new one but don't wanna put it back together till I figure out what caused that to happen

So the deal is I installed a new clutch and got everything back together clutch worked good I rode it for a few hours and was headed home and the clutch lever froze and the back wheels locked up so i shifted it in neutral and pushed it home and tore it back down and the inner hub and the pressure plate was all busted up. So my question is does anyone know what would cause that to happen?

Sorry for not getting back to you guys they measured out to be .060 over cylinders and were messed up so I bought a new set of standard bore cylinders and rebuilt the top end and she runs like a champ. Thanks for the replies tho

Hello I'm new to the banshee world and I recently bought an 04 banshee and I tore the motor down for a rebuild and I can't figure out what bore it is the Pistons have prox-31k stamped on the inside and have 150 stamped on top if anyone could help me figure out what size Pistons they are I'd really appreciate it.
