    Another simple thing to check that causes intermittent dying until total death is the wiring harness down the right of the air box getting burnt from the exhaust.

    I have stock needles in mine with T-5's, cool head, K&N, EHS lid also. It's pipey as all get out, but I liked it that way. Since you have Vito's needles I would recommend the Toomey needles too, I'm planning to get some also as my old arms are getting tired of the snapping pull.

    Everything is basically the same except the actual plugs. Here you can get adapters to simply plug it all up or a complete new harness to anything in between. At great prices and fast service.

    Probably. But wouldn't it be nice to know if what you are running was the problem or not? That would make it easier to move forward in correcting your issue.

    You can have two of the same as long as that passage is clear. And you have yet to confirm that. need to pour not spray in the red arrow hole, got a eye dropper?

    trying to follow, but... Any way, I strap a laser level to my rear tires and shoot a beam forward to set my fronts at zero toe. Then adjust a little in. One side is a little different than the other but I'm thinking way less than 1/2"

    Did you remove the plunger and spray cleaner up the brass tube on the left carb body while the bowl was off?

    1 should have a very very little jet in the "green arrow" hole I posted, and pouring something through it will see if it is clear

    only 1 should have a jet. only 1 should transfer liquid from one tube to the other. Sure we are talking about the same thing?

    so you found a jet in a bowl? and it flowed gas? and put it on the left carb? I'm not convinced that you have a choke carb bowl.
