  1. Well, 2 outta 3 cases in my shop match, of course it's my Serval that doesn't. Oh well, been 5+ years and it's still together.
  2. I've seen them super flooded and take forever to clean out
  3. So it ran fine, put away, 3 weeks later pulled out and only bogs? No work done - nothing changed?
  4. You've checked the pipes since it sat for 3 weeks?
  5. What's the last thing you messed with or changed since it ran right? Seen your last post Check the pipes for a nest.
  6. I would use a wire feed welder (and not one of those flux core crappy things) to close up any gaps, cracks and tears until smoke only comes out the very end.

  9. dose it only smoke from their wen it's running?
  10. A lot of left side pipes benefit from a spacer and longer bolt on the frame mount it seems.
  11. I'm with Special06. Trim wires - new caps
  12. What jets are in it now? What makes you say it isn't running right?
  13. That's what picks up fuel for the choke - it's normal
  14. Stock uses two, left front, and right rear.
  15. I guessing since your caliper was dragging it simply heated and warped your rotor. It really doesn't take much.
  16. I guess I need a dented pipe for testing. Well, a pipe, I think I can make dents.
  17. While I completely understand that, does it matter since its the pressure pushing the dent? I mean, take a combustion cylinder with water in it, and the rod bends, the force actually comes from elsewhere. I mean, my shop air would split a pipe for sure if I could seal the ends proper. Do you not think he used a pressure washer just because it's what he had available that built pressure?
  18. I was thinking the same thing. Paul Turners, FMFs,etc, all come with stickers on the silencers and many are still intact many years later. I would think the OP has a problem. There are stick on temp sensors available, but would need a baseline to know what is normal. But anyway, I think your EGT are way to high. Needs looking into. IMO
  19. I saw that video and was fairly impressed. Does anyone know why or if water pressure would do a better job than air pressure?
  20. I can rarely tell if trolling or not with you intellectual types.
  21. pistons and cylinders on backwards...done
  22. Be mindful of your trailer and loading options too. Especially with an enclosed and other quads.
  23. It's not a worn out clutch problem.
