  1. Oh, and some people will kick it for a day or two and forget to install the tether (if you have a safety kill switch)
  2. Knocking a orange or black coil wire off is common. Key switch jumper (if no switch) Accidentally plugging in the TORS box ( when the system is deleted) A broken wire at a pin (on a connection recently unplugged/plugged in)
  3. Very simple to remove all related wire.
  4. Top one just goes to atmosphere. Do not put to the tee that goes to the transmission.
  5. Test...both plugs out, hold throttle wide open, kick until needle stops climbing on the gauge. Same for other side. Break-in...warm up good, checking for leaks. Shut off, cool down, re-torque head and cylinders. Warm up again then ride it for all it's worth.
  6. No, a bigger bore on stock cylinders simply freshens up the engine. That part will be like new again.
  7. Bill or Lane at Driveline can help you the best.
  8. Did you do a leak down test before you pulled the cylinder off?
  9. No, it ran upside with one carb slide stuck wide open until the tree limbs and vines wrapped up in the axle and killed it. The left pipe was full of fuel, so I'm certain the case had enough in it that it wouldn't run on that side.
  10. Look into Urmosi throttles.
  11. My son had the same problem after he tree'd his Banshee. The left side case flooded, had spark but no fire or pressure out the exhaust. Drained the exhaust pipe, Then I clamped the left side fuel hose and ran it at mid RPM until it started to lean rev, let go the pinch clamp and it's been fine ever since.
  12. Be fine, just be sure it's not -4 degrees
  13. Cheese and Rice, Forking comedians... Yes, +3 or +4 is very accommodating on a stock Banshee.
  14. I could be wrong, but a stock head should never net that much compression.
  15. I'm at 1200ft, with 20cc domes, not near as much compression as you're getting, but have ran 91 forever. I'm gonna guess your gauge could be reading high.
  16. What's your elevation?
  17. I prefer Krylon 1403 Dull Aluminum.
  18. you can run it without the TORS no problem, pull plugs, kick many times, install new dry plugs and try again.
  19. If any of the TORS switches are stuck (common problem) that will ground and kill the ignition circuit. Unplugging the box will disconnect that system.
  20. Black to Black/White will kill it. That's the thumb switch. The Key switch when disconnected need jumped. Unplug the # wire TORS box under the left side of the fuel tank to disconnect that system.
  21. Just putting it out there that there is actually a spec for the amount of oil needed for every filter on K&N's website, few people realize that.
  22. The RU1770 comes pre-oiled. The proper re-oil amount (after cleaning) is 17ml.
  23. what's the elevation difference? 360 is too big, try a 280. Like said above, check plug caps.
