Hey I'm doing a rebuild and I'm getting ready to clean my carbs before install. It's my first time running 2 carbs and I want to make sure my jetting is close enough to break in the motor. They are stock carbs running uni clamp ons. Clean up porting, cool head with 20cc domes, lrd adjustables, +4 timing, 88ft above sea level, and its about 50-60 degrees. And I would also like to know what jetting should be at around 75-95 degrees. Thanks guys. Make sure to include what needle as well .

I used the swingarm bolt and hammer to get my needle bearings out. Didn't f up the bolt but I also had a extra so I wasn't worried.

Maybe try a 200 main and 50 opt 52 pilot . I am at 88ft elevation

I ran a 190 main and 48 pilot on a single 33

Some brands have thinner sockets than others. But I use craftsman. The only ones it doesn't fit perfect on is the 2 on the back inbetween the exhaust flanges. But it does fit good enough to torque with out slipping off the nuts.

Would be great for trail and mud bikes. Would cut down on wash.time. I would how it holds up to heat. Our 4x4's radiators are always getting clogged with mud. Would be sweet if it just bounced of. And could keep your seat dry.

That's sweet. But its expensive.

Test it first takes 5min. That way your not wasting money. Test your caps and wires as well. It dorsnt take much time to test your electricals. And like loco said check grounds the coil has to have good contact with the frame, the mounts on the coil act as a ground

Trying to figure out what I need. I have found info on the web on how to measure but there seems to be always someone saying there way is wrong and will jack up the motor. I have a fresh base gasket that came with my gasket set can I measure it before install then pit it together and put a straight edge on top of the cylinders put the pistons at TDC and use a deeper gauge to see what my clearnce is? If not how do I figure it out. Also how cam I tell if my cylinders have been decked or not. Thanks. I'm also running a cool head. Stock stroke and bore.
