I just remember that at 4 stroke wars on the hill in cali. Some of the big names were using kids just to reduce the weight. But if she always runs then you know what you are in for a comparable bike will lose to her if she is good. It just seems irresponsible to put a kid on a bike like that. But hey its just my opinion so. I hope she has fun and stays safe.

I think useing a jockey is cheating. I believe the builder should have to ride there own bikes but hell if the 11 year old built it then go for it. If you are using a 60 lbs rider that snot all bike winning that just power to weight ratio.

Well 44 is not old in my opinion. I ride about two weekends a month when work and weather permit. I have tattoos older then most on this forum.

I wanna know where you guys are getting 5k+ drawing programs at home. I guess its a work share program. I personally use Pro E and like it alot. I really have never used the others my co supports all pro e applications and some auto cad stuff but that is mostly for facilities 2 d work.

I have ran a twist on my Banshee for 6 years and will not run a thumb any more. It worked well when I raced X Country and Moto-X. Now I just ride trails and dunes and still love it. 1/4 turn and you are wide open. It helps with arm pump, and it will keep most people from wanting to ride it cause you run a twist. But just be careful at first especially if you start getting really tired like in a race you can wind up on your ass really quick.

Just make sure you have hats as well. Never was into the skullie thing unless its really cold. They mess up my #4.
