  1. I just take mine off and go to a cycle shop they can match them up pretty easy and usually are in stock.
  2. I wouldn't use a bench grinder on anything aluminum unless its a belt sander. Aluminum will load up the wheel and can become unsafe. Just a word of advice.
  3. Looking for quad for the son. Its a 110cc with all the normal small quad stuff for $700. Not bad for a first quad, but has anybody had any experience with these?
  4. I ride at north 40 sometimes. Mostly, Rockey Ridge in Decatur, Lake Murry in OK and Munster. I have rode Village Creek. If you like to race check these guys out. http://www.tqra.com/
  5. Sherman here, but I am staying local till next year. Gotta do a tear down.
  6. Ya but I have seen pro quads do 110' triples. Just not my ass.
  7. I just recall with the powder I used it was 400+-20 deg not hard to maintain. Most powders are 400 min I believe. Pretty cool process really. I like the way you spray the front of the piece and turn it to do the back and its already mostly covered. You just got to be really careful moving the parts to the oven.
  8. Just remember you have to be able to maintain the temp to a certain degree, you cant just let it blast there are limits to powder coating. You do need at least 400 deg though.
  9. PHAT Racing Performance has a time
  10. I will help him out.246 feet above, Ontario, Canada or there about.
  11. Thats what I need another 25 lbs of crap added to my Banshee. You know it will cost out the ass. First you have to convert it to an electric start for this to even begin to work.
  12. Its always like that about three years ago we had a good ride a bunch showed up and we all hooked up for a ride a few times. So I go and look for the tape and just do my own thing its still a good time. I plan to bring the kid along next spring.
  13. Say Man things are good busy as hell at work. Home life is good. Wife and kids are all doing good. How about you?
  14. Had a good trip. Met up with a group from Michigan and rode with them all weekend. I seen only one quad with the tape under the flag. Must have been missing everyone. But I did spend most of my riding in the dunes and not at the drags. The 56 hp does not hold up well.
  15. See you guys thursday. Will be leaving out and should arrive around 1-2 at the north camp. Look for a green full cab chevy 2004 and a 97 shee. I have a sheet metal piece under my flag with my screen name on it. Let all meet at the drag strip on Saturday @1.or there about.
  16. VP110 and Bel-Ray H1R @32-1. I am suprised no one else runs it.
  17. Lets keep with the BHQ tag, put duct tape under your flag. You can even write your screen name in sharpie on it just to show who we are. Where is everyone camping I usually camp at the north end. Hope its nice gonna be tent camping.
  18. Dudes its not like he is running route irish at 50 mph around midnight. He is playing HIDE and SEEK with his friends on quads. He didnt ask an opinion wheather you think its safe. Like hitting a 40' double is safe. Its just a game usually pretty slow speed, it is dark ya know. I still think you should go with the night vision goggles, there are cheaper models out. You could get some tinted plexiglass and put that in front of your head lights to get a dimmer light effect also.
  19. I use AD-Aware 2007 it has a free version thats pretty decent. But if its a trojan or shit like that you will need a good Anti Virus. Good Luck. http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
  20. This true that is why yo usee so many Hmvees with DVE for night driving.
  21. Hell he says "lead" transfer weights. Thats all I need more weight to slow me down. I guess 10 hp makes up for the weight gain.
  22. I am thinking maybe so. My wife is going to Colorado the weekend of the HQ ride so I am gonna miss out on that also. I may see ya there. I will know better later in the week.
  23. Here is what you need Night Vision Goggles. Now that is stealth mode. http://www.rugift.com/photocameras/night-v...-on-1x20-ir.htm
  24. Just order the stainless steel bolt set for the clutch cover. Its all you need.
  25. What do you guys do to have such tricked out computers. I suppose it is what makes your money or is it just a really cool hobby? I remember DOS that was fun to play with. Now I only use email, word processors and 3D design software.
