  1. Pipe flange size? bbbf is usually 1.9" dm and dmx are larger normally.
  2. Those rear sprockets are 530 as well? and whats with the crank?
  3. If youve never been you guys should make the trip. the drag hill is the best around. the dune area is on the smaller side though. should be a couple really fast bikes (95+)
  4. 34 days till laborday weekend! thought id throw this out there for anyone thinking of heading up. we have a small group headed up with dune and drag bikes. I have heard that some guys from so-cal,oregon,and utah are making the trek. it would be nice to meet up with everyone up there.
  5. sent them an email waiting to hear back. what kinda blems. i was thinking of hydrodipping them anyway.
  6. Did they stop production on the one piece front or what? every one shows discontinued. any one know whats up?
  7. Here is the deal. dm and dmx cylinders have multiple flange sizes. Need the id of the pipes
  8. In cali the highway patrol inspects and stamps vin tags for special construction. you should have bill of sale for frame and motor. Plus reciepts for parts. make sure your motor# is clean as well.
  9. Word of advice. measure what you actually need. a line 8" over stock will be way to long. im using a +6 on a 12" arm.
  10. If you had total cases produced it would give me an idea. understood that the triples are still evolving and really no need for a quad at this time. are you the ups guy on mattoons route or what?
  11. so since most drag bikes have overrides whats your point? I dont think it makes enough differance to matter. builders want that extra money. half the people that own cut flywheels most likely cant even tune correctly
  12. This is for green since he seems to keep track of the big builds. How many 3 and for cylinder bikes do you think are running currently in the u.s.? how many do you think are in pieces? just wondering total population 100-150? or more like 50?
  13. Why wont it fire? you have spark? do a comp test. maybe you got a stuck ring from the porcelan but i would think it would run on 1 cyl. air leak coulda caused it to lean out as well. most likely not builder issue.
  14. Pro less rotating mass. con less rotating mass. you decide if you need the inertia or not. also heard of some lightened flywheels coming apart put might not be true. pvl has a real light fkywheel. otherwise maybe a msd with custom flywheel would be lightest. really dont think it will matter to the average joe. i would say save your money
  15. I think i saw one on ebay. looked pretty complete. think the user was funnyface? search banshee drag nitrous see what you get
  16. Send me a pm if they strike out. i might have 2 different ones. my billet cases had a seal adapter and ran stock seals. i was having trouble sealing it and had order some for a snomo that were comparable in size.
  17. We race in the back east part of the dunes. Not sure WTF really fast is... But there are a couple hills you can race 300ft no problem 80+ MPH. any bike will be quick on that little bunny slope. it takes real power to run fast in utah or nevada. elevation plus steep ass hills mean you need a real bike to hit 80+. you just need to get out more to realize what fast is.
  18. Was it a big bearing crank and they sent regular seals? big bearing uses rotax seal on stator side
  19. Whats the bearing number?
  20. that place is to small for any really fast bikes. there is just not enough room to really open it up and shut it down safely. nothing compared to the larger spots around. summer weather cant be beat though.
  21. Check to see if the barb is drilled out. That barb stk is .090, packard rec .102 minimum. also the dump tube he rec .128. also check your bowl barbs
