  1. When they gall they stick on removal.
  2. Are the powerjets threaded in or is the epoxy the only thing holding them in? If they thread in i wouldnt worry as much about alky compatablity. Im gonna try lock tight 5min epoxy on my next set. comes with mixing nozzle all you do is squeeze it out and apply. i have used plastic weld before on the bowl barbs with no problems. you should sent those abortions to dennis like we told you last time when you had the wrong needle and seats. btw, want to sell those 3.5? send me a pm if you do

The flywheel taper and crank taper are usually slightly different causing poor surface mating. what you see is galling from the flywheel slightly wobbling. remove you key. get valve grinding compound and lap the flywheel to the snout. then clean residue reinstall key and reassemble. should be fine

  5. no. i was specific when i said fallon. it is about 1.5 hrs outside of reno nevada. there is also one in utah the drive from cali to utah sucks and the mtn in fallon is just as good if not better. Check out sand mountain nevada on youtube. your gonna need more than a 350 though. learn to read before you chime in next time.

    Still on the pvl wagon here. Cheaper than stock and run fine for my use. have one on a 493 cub and one on my 610 cheetah. i like the simplicity.

To get back on track i think the op was rrefering to after market cyl and the ability to trail ride them. your refrence to a 421 possibly refered to a 68 bore. the super serval is 72mm and should cool okay. you might be able to get a big block twister 78+ since these are sleeved and cnc ported i would asssume you could get a non race port. What about a superioi sleeve or trex cyl? how big are their bores and water jackets?
  20. Primary ratio is the crank and basket gear. stock is like 2.87,when using like a 3.26 you need to clearance the wp gear due to the larger crank gear
  21. What primary ratio you running? pics of assembled cover/wp assembly. ive found it is usually assembler error.

  23. If no wire damage try liquid electrical tape. can get at carparts store usually. if wire damage solder and shrink as prev stated
