  6. Same stroke 72 bore motors make the hp your talking about. i would expect more from a 83-85 bore bike. 18mil dmx seem to turn out 160 with ease

  10. 4 mil super serval. the ports are refered to as triple exh ports. check out cpindinc.com for more port maps.

Have documented ownership on the engine cases plus reciepts for everything. then have everything verified at chp. the will attatch vin tag. then you can reg at dmv. dont know how it would work with billet cases. not sure if they would want to stamp them as well. lmk how this works out for you. i have 4 undocumented vehicles i should get tagged and titled.

On a single i would look at the crown to the exh port floor. normally they are even.if your sitting low might be bent. if it was a twin you could compare side to side either distance above or below deck at tdc. there are a few other platers out there but millenium has always done me good as well. great service and fast turn around. Most bike cylinders you can get exchange nowadays. unless it has work done. probably cheaper to go exchange
  15. since you didnt jump on jmads 421 at a steal for 2500 its highly unlikely you could afford my little 14mil.

  17. so now the ? is why are you having flywheel and crank related failures. if the flywheel is held in place by the taper and only located with the key on assembly how did it come loose and shear the key if it was properly seated and tqd? maybe it was a balance issue? this exact scenario is why i like pvl. i have yet to lose a crank web due to a pvl issue. it seems you have now lost 2. Any thought on getting a new one and having it balanced with the rotating assembly while the cranks getting fixed? this is not meant to be negative in any way. i know of more than one motor going through these same issues right now and just wonder what the cure is. i would like to know the solution before i assemble one with stock style ign.
  18. Interesting that you had 2 flywheel issue so far with i bet less than 2hrs run time. is the crank fucked again? also was this flywheel lapped in both times? willing to bet it wasnt and was never fully seated on the taper.

  22. Whats the difference between these and your older style for up to 40mm. just different boots or did you widen the boot bolt pattern?
  23. Yeah right. i hear you bringing some hard runners out to the mountain for labor day.
  24. Skat trak edge in a 9 or ten paddle. hooks good and can slide if you want. if your drag racing haulers for sure but they can be a pia when climbing and trying to turn.
