    Make sure they dont hang up on the bowls. Usually there are clearance issue with billet bowls. Also the float pin goes furthest away from needle valve when running a pump. Those look like alky needle and seat 3.3 is for a pump.

    Make sure the primary set matches. Verify numbers etched on gears are within specs in the book.

    Still looking for rear shock. Must be in good shape, no leaks, no damaged bumpstop, need all mounting hardware incl.

    shoot me a detailed picture. Usually they need to be totally rebuilt if they are not pretty. Ends up costing more in parts than its worth.

    i just put mine together last week. Same cylinder non ported. Looks like the porting is a good idea. Your transfer tunnels def look larger. I shouldve took some pics. How much extra was porting?

    +2+1 lsr with cr high bars and precision clamps. 6'0 tall. Super compfortable. Shouldve done this years ago. Riding in a standing position is way better. Look into down and back pegs also.

    Did you purge the alky out when you were done and clean your carbs. If not your asking for trouble.

    I know the redline one will work and last. My issue is the cost. I have a good gear, just looking for a bushing. A few years ago tedder was selling them for 23bucks. I am in no rush and have found that if i take my time and figure out where else the same parts are used i can buy at a significant discount. (Lectron parts come to mind)

    I know about the needle bearing conversion some use but i was wondering if anyone wants to share a part number for a replacement bushing. I saw redline sells a gear and bushing. I have a good gear just looking for the bronze,steel bushing.

    You can download rebuild directions from works website and do it yourself. Super easy to do seals and a shaft. You can get the ntitrogen recharged at most dirtbike shops. Tear it down and call works to order parts. They will need measurements. Real easy to deal with them. Probably 150 to do it yourself.
