If you're talking about these Alba arms;

I would definitely buy those before the Full Flights, I would take a set of arms that run ball joints before heims any day. I've heard way too many stories of the heim set-ups failing, and have also experienced it myself. With that being said I currently own a set of Full Flights (what can I say the price was right) and in the past have run other brands with heim joints and also have not had any problems other than the annoying squeak of heim joints.
^^ x2... But if you're dead set on doing it your way this thread has exactly what you're looking for and the cheapest price you're ever going to find for a top end rebuild kit:

Definitely better to have the cylinders checked out first though...
There should be a bracket that basically mounts over it to make sure it stays in place. Check out the walk-through, there's a perfect close up shot towards the end.

You can find one here.

Between the Clymers and this walkthrough you shouldn't have any trouble what-so-ever..
Well, provided the crank, shift drum, shift forks, etc... are in good usable shape.

I prefer clean and simple also but... If you're looking for something a little different you might consider these guys, the quad kits are a bit pricey but the quality is definitely there.

Here's a couple of their kits installed on my nephews TTR90 & TTR125

It just so happens I have a set of carbs sittin' right here (that I got from him ^^ actually), not sure this is going to work but this is what it should look like.

Sweet! It worked.
Also, if they're not already, before you do anything I would make sure carbs are sync'ed.
Is the choke tube connected? Should be a tube going from one carb to the other... Just a thought.
If you don't have a service manual, you can download one here:

Not trying to be a dick here, but why exactly would it burn up? Did you just move to a higher elevation? The bore itself isn't going to make much of a difference, if any at all.
Don't forget about either of these options also, some sweet pegs at great prices! Wish I needed another pair!

Sellers don't get any better than this, a deal of a life time and fast shipping! I feel like I still owe him at the very least a dutch rudder! Poolman rocks! Shocks look damn near perfect!
I just came across these, not sure how the quality is though.

Hahahaha yeah forgot to mention that part but at least they'll send it 3-day for that which is always nice. EBay ends up being about the same price give or take a dollar or two.
