I have a few more parts here for sale. Mattoon Machine Billet Clutch Cover Insert with SS bolts - PC is in decent shape, not perfect but still nice. SOLD Cascade Billet Shifter - Little scratched up but still shines up real nice. $40 Shipped OEM Headlights with SS bolts - They will probably need bulbs and the plugs have been hacked off but the lights themselves are in great shape. The only thing wrong with the screens is what you see in the pic, just that one little piece missing. The lenses have been blacked out too but light still shines through no problem. $40 Shipped Complete Airbox - SOLD All payments should be sent as a gift or add the fees. If you want more pics of something just let me know and when I get home from work I will shoot them over to you.

I have a Lonestar standard length chrome steering stem with the Lonestar 1-1/18 bar clamp here if anyone is interested.. I'd say it's near mint, other than one very minor rub mark on the clamp it's damn near perfect. Only a few rides on it. 160 shipped or 130 shipped with a straight stock stem trade. Would be willing to PC the clamp for a few extra bucks if someone wanted.. If it's a color I already have would do it real cheap. Send as a gift or pay fees. SOLD

I have a nice set of billet pegs here that were bought from KtKid awhile back if anyone is interested. Only a few rides on them, very minor scratches and still polish up real nice. If I were going to keep them I would switch out the bolts holding the rung to the base but other than that they could still be run the way they are, just decided to go a different route. 75 shipped obo Send as gift or add paypal fees. I will probably also have a Lonestar chrome steering stem with big bar clamp up for sale shortly too if anyone might be interested in that. Only a few rides on it also... When I get some time this weekend to clean it up and take some pics I will throw it up. SOLD

Payment for both pending.. -
Looking to sell this Pro Design Cool Head, aside from o-rings it is complete with domes, studs, and nuts. They're 21cc standard bore domes, the whole thing has maybe a few hours on it at the very most. I think the pics pretty much speak for themselves, other than the one minor rub mark below the 'Pro Design Cool Head' sticker it's about as close to perfect as you're going to get from a trail ridden machine, I think. Again just to be clear, you WILL need a new o-ring kit. $160 shipped I also have for sale a Mattoon Machine lightweight 3 piece billet stator cover. I did end up powder coating it instead of polishing, powder is not perfect some chips here and there and a rub mark but still looks decent. What you see is what you get. I will do $70 shipped the way it sits, $80 shipped and I will re-do the black that's chipped, or $100 and I will make it any color you want. I know I'm not a big name on this site but I am a premium member and in the positive feedback list somewhere as a seller, and probably a buyer for that matter. If it makes you feel better you can also check my ebay feedback under the same screen name. There's also a few parts I would be interested in as well if you wanted to knock a few bucks off the prices; OEM stator cover, timing plate, and a stock head. Paypal as a gift or add the fees, doesn't matter to me, you choose.

If you're not familiar with the Banshee carbs and you plan on cleaning them do yourself a favor and disassemble them one at a time, it'll more than likely save you some headaches in the long run. There are a couple of parts that are not interchangeable between the carbs so if you get them mixed up you'll create a whole new set of issues. As already stated don't forget to put the choke tube back in place, and make sure slides are facing the right way when you put them in...

I personally never used that one you posted but I'm sure it would work just fine. I prefer the other one though since you can use it to hold not only the clutch but flywheels and sprockets also... not to mention I've found a shit ton of other uses for it too.

Impact gun is definitely a great way to go, but I have one of these. Comes in real handy and pretty cheap too.. http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/43/-/171/989/-/18289/Tusk-Clutch-Holding-Tool

Anyone looking for a frame?
Motooutcastxxx replied to Motooutcastxxx's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Yeah probably a bit steep, wasn't really sure what to ask for it but I'm definitely open to offers. I picked it up a couple of years ago with plans on doing a piece by piece build but said fuck it and decided I should start off my first build with a complete machine so I got one and this has sat ever since... -
Anyone looking for a frame?
Motooutcastxxx replied to Motooutcastxxx's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Damn, I thought someone would want this. It's a good solid frame, in better shape than the one I'm currently running actually. I will do $200 shipped to someone in the northeast... Or make me a fairly reasonable offer and I'll ship it anywhere. -
Anyone looking for a frame?
Motooutcastxxx replied to Motooutcastxxx's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
I ran the VIN today, came up clean as I expected it would. It does turn out it's actually a 2000 frame, I was told it was a 2001, not that it really matters. Just PM me for the VIN and you can run it yourself, I have absolutely no problem with that. -
I have a frame from a 2001 - Appears to be straight, bolt holes all look good. I was planning on using this for a drag bike project but I just need the cash to finish my current build and it just sits here rusting and collecting dust. I've only hacked off the mounting tab for the TORS brain box and the 2 tabs down by the exhaust so everything else is there. You want more pics just ask.. I got lazy and didn't feel like pulling it out of the basement but I will if I need to. I would prefer not to ship but I don't think there's a whole lot of people on here from the Albany, NY area so if I have to I will send it out Greyhound. I've never shipped anything this route before but it doesn't seem too complicated. If anyone has any tips though to shipping through those guys I would love to hear them. Not really sure what a decent price is so I'll say $200 + shipping. I also might consider a trade for a full set of decent plastics; preferably white fenders but the color of the tank cover and radiator shroud don't really matter. This is a solid frame in what I think is pretty decent shape, for being used I don't think they get all that much better. There's just a little bit of surface rust nothing out of the ordinary though, unfortunately this will come with a bill of sale only. Send payment as gift or please add 3% for Paypal fees. I have sold a few things on here and bought plenty so I am in the feedback list somewhere....

You got the choke tube on? Slides in the right way? Float bowls on the right carbs? The main jet takes care of 3/4 - Full throttle and won't effect starting.
-
Just unscrew it and throw the new one in and you should be good to go....

I've seen a few people asking what they are so here it is, the iBooster; http://www.ebay.com/...6e32ee5&vxp=mtr

Still got it.. shoot me a PM if you're interested, going to have to be a kick ass deal for me to part with it at this point though.

If you have a compressor get yourself one of these; http://www.amazon.com/Porter-Cable-US58-22-Gauge-C-Crown-Upholstery/dp/B00004SBC3 Just make sure you get the one that runs the right size staples, and don't forget to pick up a box of them when you get it. I found out the hard way not a whole lot of places (around my area at least) carry the right staples. Seriously though you absolutely will not be disappointed!! It makes doing seat covers a cake-walk, and it will at the very least cut your install time in half. I wrestled with the electric Craftsman staple gun I have for years so before one of the the last covers I did I decided to pick up an actual upholstery stapler, perfect seat cover every time in a fraction of the time! Winning!

Just bought an axle off Cajun Banshee, absolutely could not have asked for a better person to do business with! One of the best and safest packaging jobs I think I've ever seen! Was that a whole role of duct tape?

Gas leaking from overflow?
Motooutcastxxx replied to Anthony Pap's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Where in NY are you? So I know what shops to avoid! Those prices are outrageous! My brother brought his little Arctic Cat Z570 to the shop last year for a carb clean and tune, it was only $65. Get yourself a service manual, carb sync tool, and maybe even a couple of carb rebuild kits or at least new float valves. Leaking out of the overflow is a sure sign of stuck floats, as was already stated, or worn out float valves. Go through each carb one at a time setting everything to stock specs and basically start over, it shouldn't be that hard to tune for just a set of pipes. If you bought a jet kit for it, despite what it probably says in many cases just pipes will only require a main jet change and definitely run those stock needles. Make sure float bowls are on the right carbs too.. a few of the parts are carb specific. Also there's a bunch of guys on here from NY that would probably help you out if any of them are near you, myself included .... possibly even for free if you supply the beer!
