    i have 38 lects and i had to get 35mm intakes tight as shit but better then loose but i believe the 36-40 have the same carb body.

    i use premium ya wanna mix the ratio the same as your running with alky and same oil. i do it till it will barely run with help fromt he throttle. Some guys just unhook there fuel line and use a purge bottle i like to drain the alky from my tank and just pour my purge fuel right into the tank.

    ya wanna set it up exactly how he shows. and adjust the escentric screw untill there is a even gap from the claw to the bin on top and bottom.

    no o rings stock clutch had rings that are sound cushions but again not needed. when your aligning the arrow with the clutch arm did ya take all tension off the clutch lever?

    theres actually a arrow on both but the arrow on hub has a circle around it making it look like a dot

    funny the last bike i bought guy sold it to me. Telling me that it needed crank seals and that it ran funny even had the paperwork from the dealer saying so after he took it to them to get the carbs cleaned and jetted. Well first thing i found was carb slides backwards. bunch of idiots
