i hooked up with jds over the phone and i would like to announce that he now has available a arm guards/skid plates for +2+1 a arms. these skid plates are for lone star sport style a arms, not long travel. i believe they will fit on other a arms that are +2+1 that are not long travel. when i get some more free time im going to bring them over to my buddys house that has some different brand name +2+1 a arms and see if they mount up and i will come back with more feedback and pics. one of my friends has full flight arms and my other friend has a no name brand so we will see what happens. these skid plates will work perfect for lone star sport style +2+1 a arms. the price is $300 shipped. it includes skid plates, all hardware for mounting and your choice of powder coat color. finally there is skid plates for +2+1 a arms! i believe many people will benefit from this product. keep your a arms in good condition, prevent dents and destroying your arms. i would much rather buy a set of skid plates and have a good piece of mind then having to worry or go buy new arms and go through the whole process of installing again. save money and have a good piece of mind. the skids are made out of 5052 aluminum. the plates are .125 and the brackets are .5" . they seem very sturdy. there is flaps that go up in front and in back of the a arm for maximum protection. i went with silver powdercoat. below are pics. i would like to thank john at JDS for a great product. i am not making these skid plates, jds is making them. i am just sharing them with the bansheehq community. hit up jds for your a arm guards.

i personally do flat bench first then incline as flat bench hits a larger area of the chest. however if your upper chest is lacking then you can do incline first. i do all chest exercises in one day. deadlifts are a great exercise and are very beneficial when done correctly. your core and lower back hold your upper torso together. i have been doing deadlifts one day, then legs the next day for 9+ years

good luck with the sale

yes u should have a meal right before bed with a higher gram of protein then carbs and yes you have to have a meal within 30 minutes after your workout that should include simple carbs and protein. if you have your post workout meal at 730 then have your bedtime meal at 930 if you have to go to bed that early
-
the time span between meals for your diet seems good except for your last meal. it was a hr after your post workout meal. meals should have anywhere from a 2-4 hr gap. all meals must contain complete protein ( 8 amino acids) and complex carbs except for the pre and post workout meals. nice job on the soda. all i drink is water, apple juice and grey goose when i need a drink

ive been into the lifting scene for a long time and still do to this day. make sure your diet is in check. ive gained over 40lbs,3" on my arms ect of muscle without any supplements what so ever. the whey protein powder is fine if you cant get in real food. i personally do deadlifts towards the very end of my back routine as its a very taxing compound exercise when done with alot of weight. if a exercise is hurting you when lifting try to replace it with something else that wont cause pain till you heal. dont wanna set yourself back anymore then need be.

colder air is denser... more air=more fuel needed. as you stated in your first post " Obviously the bike is not drawing fuel on startup" so give it more fuel and make sure it gets it. make sure the 27.5 pilots are clean and throw them in. your gonna need to run them anyway with the fmfs. have you also tried turning up the idle screws? anyone can throw in the biggest pilot in the word but if your idle screws are not where its suppose to be your gonna have to give it gas to start it. its very easy to over look the lil simple things

What should my next motor be?
bluebanshee98 replied to erickson483's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
^^^^ i like this guy yes he is correct it will have more ponies. trust me youll want more power eventually and this motor should have you content for awhile. i wish i skipped the 4 mil idea and went straight for 10. i like my 4 mil but do want the extra torque and grew out of it pretty fast -

Chrome or nickled shearer pipes

27.5 pilots, and since its cold as a mother out i would put 360 mains in. better safe then sorry. my 4 mil dune ported bike with shearers, stock carbs and pods ran mint with 27.5 pilots, mid clip on stock needle, and 340 mains at 85 degrees out. plug chop on the 340 mains at 85 outside was perfect. best bet will be to call jeff at fast since he did the porting but it should be pretty similar jetting wise to what i said. a plug chop will be your best bet and will give you a idea if you have air leaks or not. if its lean with 360s you have a bad air leak. learn to also use the search function on the site

do yourself a favor.... ditch the boost bottle and take the lid off the air box but store it somewhere. if your concerned about water getting in, dont worry it will be fine as long as the water you go into isnt higher then the airbox top itself. throw in 27.5 pilots. in the summer your gonna run 280 mains. in the winter your going to have to bump up to around 300. this will get you pretty darn close on jetting. you will have to do some more fine tuning but this will be a great start.

the ad is not there anymore it got deleted. ive seen people on youtube run a 10 mil ( 10mil wampus) on a stock swingarm. wasnt too bad
-
by any chance did you get bigger carbs then stock? i noticed awhile ago when i went from stock carbs to bigger ones the bike had a lil bit of a deeper tone
-
i bought a shee that had a stock motor with unstamped cpi's. i ended up basically parting out a bunch of things on the bike just to get some free shit. i felt that the cpi's where a better pipe then when i got my first shee that had a stock motor and fmf's. since your going to build the motor def keep the cpi's but like the others said whoever you have for a builder will tell you which pipe works best

got my signature series rotor and hide-a-key from jds today. top notch craftsmanship. cant wait to bolt them on. big shout out and thanks to jd! he will also be making me some a arm guards which i will show as soon as i get them. 5 stars

What size pilots/mains suggestions
bluebanshee98 replied to turbowrenchhead's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
since its ported i would throw a 350 in since its cold ( at least here) plug chop then go from there. a proper plug chop reading will tell you to go up or down on the jets
