  1. I should of been more clearer about what I said. I did mean that they won't make as much peak hp and trq as others will. That's why I said you can def still use the pipes. No I am not one of those guys who measure performance only by peak hp. I could of got more peak hp out of my 10mm but I didn't wanna loose any trq and the curve was tits.
  2. You already know what you need to do. Get a used in good working condition oem stator and or cdi. Plenty of good used ones out there
  3. Nice. Bike should be fun as hell to ride!
  4. You could use the pipes If you really want to but it won't make as much performance as other ones will. Something to think about is when your ripping that quad around with a big grin on your face are you really paying attention to how the pipes look or enjoying the ride? You could always make another bike and put those pipes on there if you want
  5. Oem is the only way to go for electrical
  6. Very cool. Great upgrade for stock carb bowls. Thanks for the pics
  7. I'm sure he has a set of stock carbs lying around or someone who can let him use them on the dyno. Otherwise ifs gonna be just another serval graph that we have seen before
  8. I wanna ride your 4mm serval Dennis and see how it is. I might make that same motor for my spare beater bike on pump
  9. Exactly how close is the line to the pipe? Mine is damn close on 20mm bike. Used a zip tie on the carb to hold it in place and no issues
  10. [quote name="RagunCajun" post="1797013" timestamp="1460914264 I wish it had velcro so I didn't have to disassemble the pipes to remove them. That's a great idea. Someone should contact them and suggest it
  11. ^ this or stock length is all that's needed for trails
  12. You may wanna add in your post if it's for a small bore or big bore pipe. They are different sizes you know.
  13. ^^this Pods would be more tucked in the bike protecting them better then using that adaptor and the filter
  14. I'm looking forward to seeing both the carbs and pipes difference. I may be building a 4mm serval for my beater spare bike
  15. This thread shouldn't be in the jetting and exhaust part *
  16. Nice Ryan thanks for the videos
  17. Shouldn't need any rubber. Just tighten down the bolt good and check it before every ride or so
  18. No silencer should mount up to frame in stock position
  19. Thanks homie [emoji1303]
  20. Sometimes saving up a couple hundred more bucks for brand new parts is the way to go but what do I know.
  21. Yea absolutely a good curve would def be the goal. Props for doing the work yourself.
  22. Nice job bud looks good. You still have life on those front tires. Looking forward to the graph on the Dyno
  23. What is your motor setup and what kind of terrain? You might not need a extended swingarm
  24. Sniper pipes has been tested on that type of motor and was the best one. Made most hp/trq and came up the face of the curve very well. They will be perfect for trails especially wide open ones. The force4 has been proven as well so go with the 4's. And forget about the 3's. 40:1 is perfect for mix with klotz since klotz is a good oil. What's the current pipes that you have on there?
