  1. Take out the credit card and get some good suspension, +2+1arms and extended axle. First things first though get a stock cross over tube and replace the boost bottle with it
  2. You can try it if you like. What's your engine again? 10 super serval? Pm me so we don't clutter the thread
  3. Just by taking a look at your pic I'm gonna guess you trail ride the bike in the woods. Honestly you don't need a longer swingarm. My buddy runs a 421 cub on a stock swinger no problem. Hell I've seen some people on here run stock length on a 10cub. Be smart and invest in some good suspension upgrades.
  4. Same thing happened with me. I made him refund the money on the carrier and sent it back to him. I think your swingarm was fine it was just the carrier. My JJA carrier fit it no problem. The carrier was more than likely one off eBay. I also had to grind down the part that the link would fit into.
  5. Which year make model did you get for thumb throttle
  6. Kompulsive concepts can get you a plug to fit your year
  7. Try Selling for half price on Craigslist. Then buy another
  8. I do the know the crank was rebuilt or a new one was put in there. The guy who bought that bike from someone else got it, rode it around the yard twice and crank was shit so at least it's got a new crank in there lol. It's a 18dm ported by k&t. It's not making 160hp. It has billet cases. Lsr sport style arms, +8 swingarm. I was trying to get parts off that bike awhile back when the original owner was thinking of selling it.
  9. You will have to get the tubes made to fit the air box
  10. Finish tire and patch it up
  11. I used a long bolt just as you described for the nerf bar and I believe it was 65mm long if I remember correctly. Depends on how far you want it to stick out. You may want 70mm long.
  12. Honestly if your gonna run a air box you might as well get a foam filter like a uni one. Odds are since your gonna run the air box your gonna be in wet conditions and the the foam filter would do a better job for water protection IMO. Otherwise just run pods with outerwears
  13. ^exactly what I have. Like I said just go slow and be careful not to knick the good treads
  14. Yes but we careful not to jab your good threads with it
  15. Compression is good. Take your carbs apart, clean them and check your jetting. Are you going to be using pods ( 2 k&n air filters... One one each carb) or the air box?
  16. Curious as to why in the fuck you would want air strikers?
  17. 280 main 27.5 would be a great starting point and pretty close. Whats your elevation?
  18. Change oil, new plugs, clean carbs, check jetting to make sure it's correct, new 93 gas and premix oil wouldn't hurt. Grease the arms. Chain maintaince- clean, lube, tighten. Clean air filter and lube. If you have a compression tested wouldn't hurt to see where you are in each cylinder and leak down test
  19. Nope not being made anymore. Best bet is to find a used set. Even used sets are becoming hard to find now
  20. Old school ac pro peg with heel guard wether it's net in the back or a solid piece doesn't connect to the frame. Some of the later models did have a little mount that could connect to the frame if you wanted to but it didn't line up right on the pair my buddy had. Those were far and between though ( the ones that had the little attachment for the frame) 99% of the old school ac pro pegs with heel guard didn't have any attachment back there
  21. Don't you have cst pulse tires on it already? That's what it looks like from the pics. Your rear tire pressure seems pretty high IMO. Run 4-5psi.
  22. What kind of riding will you two be doing? Dune riding? Woods riding? More open stuff? More techinical?
  23. Your fine at +6. I run that length on a 10dm for trails and woods. No need to go longer
  24. Few things you should consider for the play bike. 1. Outerwears for your pods. Def a must if you don't have them already. 2. Depending on what kind of riding you do ,you may want skid plates to keep things from getting wrecked ( the woods we have around here has a shit ton of rocks and they have saved my nice arms from being dented Ect) 3. If using skid plates, prm is know to have perfect fitment for the belly skid plate and rear. JDS makes skids for +2+1 arms. 4. Engine ice may help for coolant to keep temps down. A oversized chariot impeller helps as well.
