  1. A camaro was never available with a 5.3.......cool points lost....come on meow
  2. Small bore cpi is 7/8 " inner diameter measured at the end of the head pipe. 1 inch outer diameter
  3. Well more than likely there was a 280 main in there because that's what it needed. What is your pilot jet size? Are you running an airbox lid? Get that 200 back out of there
  4. I run the yfz a arms and shocks and honostly it rides like absolute shit. Its very stable, may be good for flat track, but I wouldn't reccomend this setup at all. Jmo
  5. X2 on the ebay buying. I get most of my stuff from Jeff at F.A.S.T. he stocks almost everything and makes sure I don't forget to order anything. (Good business man) looks like you got a good price on that timing plate though. If you get those VF3's id call jeff. Ebay is usually a rip off. I haven't been on here long but I got to know a couple guys on here that sold me carbs, paddles, pipes at awesome prices.
  6. Looks like a ricky stator timing plate. That's what I have. Easy set up just be careful not to strip the screw holes. The metal seemed soft and didn't fit quite right when I put mine on. Hope I don't need to change my stator soon because I think the holes are cross threaded.
  7. Got the 10$ fmf set with springs off rocky mountain for my T5's. Seem to be working great. Not melting or leaking
  8. I had a piped 05 YFZ and always rode with my buddy's stocker shee with fattys and I was faster on whichever bike I was on cause I'm 70 lbs lighter than him. So basically dead even. Then jeff at fast built him a 4mil, thus me selling my thumper and getting into these. Love my hjr dune port. Wish we could ride the roads here....id never drive my truck.
  9. The airstriker has dual fins on the intake side that directs more air past the needle. Also has 4 vent tubes. I guess they have better bottom end up to 1/4 throttle. Never tried them nor have I tried the 2 into 1. Might be hard to find someone on here running that setup. I hear its actually harder to get that setup tuned just right. Let me know how it goes for ya
  10. If you go with the pingel, the supplied gasket is very thick, if overtightened it warps and gas leaks. I found this out the hard way. Just tightened it snug right before the gasket starts to bow.
  11. Its nice to call someone and the owner of the business takes time out of his day to explain everything. And I got about 3 f.a.s.t. koozies layin around for my brews!
  12. #6 on gas, since we don't know if gas or alky matters with this product
  13. I'm prob the only person to switch from cpi's to T5's, but my porting liked the T5's much better, and I made money on the switch. CPI OOF on my 465 cub
  14. This Banshee is on ebay. Its gorgeous, wish I could sell mine right now for this
  15. Right on, thanks. I will say banshees in ohio and PA seem to hold their value better. Just nobody around here has nice ones anymore. When I show up places with mine people actually stop and take pics of them because you don't see them. I can't believe how reasonable some of the bikes go for on here located out west and in florida and such, not to mention they are way nicer because all we have here is mud and clay.
  16. If for some reason you would ever part it out, I would buy those nerfs and foot pegs. Those are bad ass.
  17. No just regular pwk. I thought I was going to be over carbed for my motor, but suprisingly I really like the spread of power that I have. And back to the original post, those carbs should work with your mods based on what I've learned from my setup. I haven't tried different types of needles yet so who knows, that may be your problem like lms stated.
  18. Just put 35's on my HJR dune port with T5's, pods and +4 @1200ft and I'm at 155, 45, cel 2nd clip and its real close. Just a tad fat, but its 35 degrees one day and 75 the next.
  19. Sorry to hear about that man. If you're ever lookin to ride just shoot me a pm.

  20. Hey saw you from NE ohio and flat track. You wouldn't happen to race at western reserve would you?

  21. Sold me a chrome rear shock. Good price and quick shipping. Highly reccomend
  22. I bought a set of pod filters from him. Good deal and he found me in the wanted forum. Fast shipping, would highly recomend
  23. I sanded it, but did not use yamabond. I would imagine that silicone based sealant gets eaten up by fuel. Thanks for all the tips. I think ill try the yamabond. I'm guessing that's more like a structual adhesive and not like silicone?
  24. Well it was a brand new rubber gasket that came with it, now its been on and off 3 times. The first time I know I overtightened it, the second time I think there was a chunk of plastic caught between the gasket and tank that peeled back when I tried to take the tank out of my slightly jacked up frame, the third time will be tomorrow morning. The base and tank are smooth and dry, if it leakes ill take a pic after I throw it across my garage
