  1. With silicone, leaks....without silicone....leaks, hole cut perfect in size....leaks, screws very tight....leaks, screws just snug.....leaks
  2. I am also going to attempt this. There is that alum airbox on ebay that claims it will work with any size carb, but sounds like a rip off to me. I'm goin to attempt to hack mine up and make it shorter and only use 2 of the holding brackets. My one friend did it and rode for like 4 yrs like that. If it works I will post pics
  3. Thanks, I get most things from Jeff, just seeing if anyone had some laying around, and wouldnt ya know it, someone did.

Haha, yea I got a grand worth of parts off jeff a week earlier, didn't want to bother him for a 3 dollar part, but maybe I should of. It showed up today though....game on

  5. They are standard 6's in case anyone ever wants to put a ricky stator product on their bike
  6. Went to put on my ricky stator timing plate and the two screws holes that hold the wires onto the plate are smaller? The other holes that hold the plate to the stator are m4. Are they standard? They damn sure aren't m3's. Idk, just somethin stupid
  7. My link schedule and info. head man in charge said he will run heads up money race if enough people want to
  8. 9327 scroggs rd. Lisbon, OH......that guy is terrible at returning phone calls
  9. bad ass, ill have the green and black cub, and my buddy has a black LE shee... should be at all of them
  10. Test and tune is May 5th. Points series races are may 19, june 23, july 14, aug 11, and the fall blowout is sept 15. Just go to tricounty4x4.com and click on schedule. It gives all the entry fees and rules. My computer is down so my phone won't let me put the link in.
  11. My drag bike sits a bit higher than I want it too. I'm running a plus 10 with a shaw coilover. I'm using linkage with a homemade lowering bar. It measures 5 inches center hole to hole. All the rear lowering "kit" I've seen have a max of 4.5 inches. I'm looking for about another inch lower. Anybody know where they get the 4.5 inches? The shock angle changes everything also. I would just buy one of these if someone could measure the two farthest holes. Thanks.
  12. They may not make different size silencers, but at one point or another they changed the style of them, because the opening of mine are larger than LEBanshee's. And the silencer itself is just a little bit different. I may have to call cpi just to see what I have. And the stingers I have are almost an inch and a half outer diameter, but yet the inner diameter of the end of the pipe is 7/8
  13. Well I'm back to square one, because I was measuring the stinger. It makes sense the end of the head pipe would be bigger. I just pulled my pipes off today. My buddy has cpi sb but my silencers were waaaay bigger. Did cpi make different size silencers? I'm so confused right now. I want to sell a nice set of pipes and I have no clue what the hell they are, and if they are sb then my motor just sux ass. This is why you don't but someone else's thrown together random parts banshee
  14. Well with all due respect for your banshee expertise, YOU didn't know the difference between the big bore and small bore when I asked you where the big bore was bigger at. So I used the search feature to figure that out cause I didn't want to piss people off by posting something that was already covered. Then I wanted to thank a complete stranger for taking the time to measure his stingers for me. Case closed!
  15. Yes, they are correct. I had asked the question before LEBanshee gave them to me. Thanks.
  16. Right on. Thanks. Big bore cpi's on a dune ported stock cylinder motor = absolutly no bottom-mid range power... obviously. Goin up for sale.
  17. Yea this post was from 4 years ago, I just dug it up hoping someone could measure their stinger diameter so I knew for sure if mine were big bore because I want to sell them
  18. The one in norwalk is called firelands 4 wheelers. 300 foot sand strip and a motocross track. I never been there .
  19. Cool, tell him there is a 400 ft. Dirt track in east palestine, ohio called echo valley also. Its right on ohio/pa border
  20. Well last year there was only 3 quads even in the 4 second range. A few trail banshees, and maybe about 30 thumpers including a hot ass chick on a yfz. lol. It was all bracket racing with dial-ins, but he said if he gets more people interested he will start breaking down classes and do some heads up racing. I emailed him a couple days ago about a schedule but he hasnt replied yet. Last year the first test and tune was early May. As soon as i get a schedule I'll post it. If you are from NW ohio, have you ever been to the dirt drag strip near Norwalk? Always wanted to go there
  21. Yea, prob shouldn't have bad mouthed dodges like that. I bought it june and all this happened in the first 8000 miles I owned it. But when you don't have 35 grand to dump on a new truck I guess you have to take a chance on somebody else that gets a new truck every 4 yrs and doesn't do maintaince on them. E.g.r. valve just went bad 2 days ago. Can't complain about the power train on these though. Tons of power and tranny shifts great. Minor stuff. Its like taking ur banshee out and having ur exhaust bracket fall off and saying ur quad isn't reliable.
