U should be running a 27.5 or 30p. Try a 27.5p with 1 turn out. Also sync carbs. Do u have tors?

Turn ur airscrew all the way in. Back it out half a turn. See if there is still a dead bog. What are ur mods and what pilot do u have in ur carbs? Stock is 25

air screw. is it a dead bog or sputter? if its a dead bog your prob lean. just adjust your airscrew , may even need to change your pilot jet

There is an airjet its real small i think stock is 2.6. I could be wrong as i havent looked at it in awhile

either are good .. just run whatever you can get tech. and r50 are both good.. i run r50 but its just because it is easier for me to get.

what kind of riding you going to be doing? are you looking to do a complete restore? if you do alot of trails id say slap some tires all new bearings . If your doing a new topend already and you just bought this id split the case and see what else needs to be done. Dont want to put money in a new topend and have something else go out .... If your going total rebuild id say strip it down to the frame and skye is the limit. I did a total rebuild on my bike and couldnt be happier, you will learn alot from this site. congrats on the new bike also 500 bucks is a steal.

without port work or anything like that 27.5 p should work ok.. where are you located? most of you yamaha dealers will have jets. ( if your in a pinch and want to go ride) other than that try ordering your jets from a site sponsor.. seems like I seen this banshee back when i was looking for a shee... you in the kansas city mo area by chance?

im going to ship my t5s for rechrome .. but my silencers have a few dings, Kinda seems stupid to send dinged up silencers for a chrome job lol ... Where is the cheapest place to find new silencers (only) i prefer them to be bare. that way i can ship them with my pipes to all be chromed.

does the new bulb come with wiring and all? this is the first time ive opened them up... the connector ripped out the back to the bulb... i dont know if it vibrated lose or what.

bought them from rockymoutian sucks the whole thing glass and all is the bulb... so there is no way to fix it... if i had a little wire to work with i could solder it together.. o well ill call em up and see if they will replace it.. if not ill have to buy a replacement..
