Lol. Hot bike is right. I just use it for hill climbs and high speed dune runs. It's a good little runner. I drag race it here and there and it dose pretty good. Better then bikes with bigger carbs and slightly different mods. I want to try out some 39pwks.
My jetting on my ported 421 cub at sea level with 35pwk are 152 mains. 45 pilot jet and cel needle 4th clip from the top and +7 timming It runs really good.
What kind of springs would someone want? Would you use stock springs or cut a little off your springs? What kind of weight would be installed or how and where would you install them. Would you just use a longer bolt and extra nuts on the lockout arms or is there more to it? Lots of good information on previous post and better understanding of the lockout and how it can be tuned
Someone needs to buy them and have them dynoed? Might be a lost art set of cylinders. Be kind of interesting to see what kid of usable power these one of akind jugs produced? Lol waste of a good cylinder.
Box car is at the horsefall ridding area. It's the place where you can line up and drag race anytime of the day. It's called box car because of all the train box cars used to sit there when the rail line was not in use.
I have a billet impeller, stock radiator and a inline temp gage that helps dissipates the heat. I have no clue how much but can hot lap my ported 421 on gas in the drags or hill climbs and stay at 200 degrees and below.
Some of those stock modified ones just give you quick access to your clutch adjuster and clearanced to run the lock out. You would still have to take the whole case off to change clutches. I'm looking at getting the billet cover from mattoon or direct drive.
