I would take Sprinkles advice then. Take your frame and have it sand blasted so you are down to bare metal. There are paint stores where you can have any color you choose put into a rattle can. Paint prep is also very important. Go to the paint store and pick out a color you like and while you're there, ask their advice on prep. That route won't be "completely cheap" and should last ok. But as already stated, PC is tougher than paint any day of the week, especially for a trail bike that is gonna get heavily abused.

These are the original cases out of my bike when i bought it. I ran them as-is for two years with ZERO problems. However they do have severe chain whack. I wasn't the one who owned them when the "whack" occurred. It looks like the previous owner tried to have someone tig weld some of it back in place. They have been cleaned and are ready to ship. These aren't the prettiest set of cases but they do seal just fine. Maybe someone doesnt mind a small battle wound.? Will come with all nuts and bolts. $80 shipped.

This is a stock, black carbon fiber grille that I bought brand new from JD over a year ago that was never mounted or used. It has been in the box since the day I got it. It was an item I thought at the time I was going to use but I decided to buy aftermarket plastics instead. Carbon fiber pattern looks extremely well. $55 shipped.

Ditto. I don't do cold weather. Winter is the worst season out of the four by far. Considering the lows have been in the teens and twenties and the highs in the 30's and 40's. You guys have fun with all that. I'll wait until spring.
