  3. tried 3 different ones? you only need one with a 1/16" hole drilled in the top to let plenty of air in it. your timming can easily be advanced to 7-10*
  4. i ride trails and i think thats a lot of motor for just trail riding.. my 350 does just fine and holds its own drag racing with the 450's and raptors. if you need the biggest baddest trail motor and have all kinds of money then by all means go right ahead. i have trouble beleiving you can use 80hp in the trails though.. if your crank itself is still good then true and weld your crank with new outer bearings, get a pancake bearing and a good clutch, have the cylinders ported, find an adjustable timing plate, either get a coolhead or have your stock head modified. this should take you from 40hp to close to 60hp.. plenty of power for a trail machine. imo
  5. More details.. timming? Plug gap? Are you running the bowls dry? Gas cap vented well and pingle valve flowing rigjt?

  17. replace plugs again and check ground at the coil. your going to have to go over it again till you find it. also whats compression? your runing a single carb? also what is your pickup gap? is it oem stator and cdi??
  18. Inline temp sensor and domes depend on elevation, porting and fuel your running. If you raise compression you should also have the crank trued and welded.
  19. the only good thing about it in my opinion is the temp guage. there are cheaper options...
  20. sounds like you have replaced everything.. is your gas cap vent clogged?
  21. both pipes are good cpi would be more of a drag pipe.. 43.48 hp cant adjust the stator without the flywheel puller trail tech wont make you faster
  22. i would paint them flat black with high temp paint. i hear there is black chrome but i havent ever seen it..
