no im not going to do that. what would keep the axle from moving the bearings over under load and touching the hub to the carrier?

that's great fouled but im having trouble figuring out how. if you put one set of bearings in then the hub will touch the carrier before it touches the bearing, in my case anyways. I would like to see if I can get someone to measure there brake or sprocket hub to see how far it reaches inside the carrier or if someone would measure their 40mm carrier to see how deep the bearings sit. here is what im working with 13.2mm 13.53mm

could be a few things but first check the stator and pickup. is it oem or aftermarket?

Cut head for a 4mil or for a stock stroke. 2 different cuts. Yes if its a long rod crank it needs stroker pistons

Yeah you can keep the 64mm (stock bore) your going to need the head cut or coolhead domes cut for the extra stroke unless your going to use the spacer plate. Porting is highly recomended!!

what needle do you have? carb size is ok but thats a large main jet... do you have porting? try a 360

see how high the fuel would have to go to come out? he is saying it is so i would like to know how.. they would fill up the engine if they overflowed i would think. id like to know too. haha

Your thinkin vents not overflows i think. Maybe you need to clean the slides up or stretch your springs so they go down

Your bowls must be leaking lectrons dont have overflows

Measure the metering rods from the slide. Should start at 48.5mm figure out why the slides arent bottoming out..

there is no majic number.. there is a round about number of 150. there are things like squish velocity that come into play that cant be measured with a compression tester.
