    Hotrods is what I recomend. Build it up with tz or maxloads and a extra weld on the pin. I have herd vitos is good as well bit never ran one myself

    More heims means more weight.. If you have just one bar you might want it more ridge. Easier to bend one than 2.

    You dont have to but a peice of 7/8" .049 will slide right over that 3/4" peice so you can still turn it. Also consider another brace in the lower bars if you dont put the upper brace in.

    You have tension on your clutch handle still?

    I doubt its a shift fork issue. Sounds like your clutch adjustemt is out of wack or something. Id pull the cover and check everything out again

    Ahaha ahhhh Didnt bend them over anything Wedged it in the front end of a 450 and heated and slowly made the arch

    Your looking at about 20 hp difference. Shitya! As long as it is jetted properly it will not hurt reliability but consider having the crank trued and welded to keep Iit from separating.

    there should be no coolant in the case so its coming from somewhere else like the head most likely

    are those cyls now prone to cracking due to all the material removed right by where it is bolted up?

    I have had one tig welded before. A lot of potential load if you get a kick back so jb weld may or may not work...
