  1. You shouldn't be having these problems at 200 lbs on a stock swinger. Sent from a van down by the river

    Crank

4mm or stock stroke? I'd call Redline Racing or Fast. Both will ship stuff out quick. Which one do you live closer to? Sent from a van down by the river

    Crank

If you want perfect , I'd recommend buying new.You never know on a used crank what you'll get. Sent from a van down by the river

  6. I don't know how you could even fit a Dremel with the angle head, and a burr in a banshee cyl.Plus the higher speeds if the Dremel seem to harden off the aluminum. Sent from a van down by the river
  7. Once you use a foredom you'll see why. Haha . Just being able to use a foot pedal and have a lower rpm to grind at makes them vastly superior. Also a 90° handle with a reversible motor makes the transfer work much easier. Sent from a van down by the river
  8. This is none of my business and I don't know the details. ..but it sucks that an honest business( CP IND) that is helping to support our dieing habit (banshee performance parts) has to deal with people costing them money. I'm sure there's not a TON of profit in the banshee market to begin with...so we the consumers do appreciate what you guys do.... I hate that you guys got took. Sent from a van down by the river

  12. I agree with all of the above. My issue comes in when people think they are saving money somehow by DIY. It simply isn't going to happen. Once you properly educate yourself and properly equip yourself ( no..not a dremel) you are waaaay past what a professionally ported cylinder from a reputable builder costs. Then you have sub-par results...unless you have several sets of cyls and a dyno to evaluate the results. Btw: unless a builder has a dyno, or one at his disposal anytime he wants, IMHO, I hesitate to call him " reputable". Also.. If the builder doesn't at least test ride/race his own work from time to time, I hesitate to call him reputable....for the simple fact all he has to go by at that point is 2nd hand info ( customer feedback) which may or may not be accurate. 13. I wonder if he was that "civic dude" too? Haha Sent from a van down by the river
  14. Yea. I'm still waiting on at least a picture of his work.. A running bike would be better. But I'm not going to hold my breath. Sent from a van down by the river

  16. I think you'd enjoy coming to the BHQ ride in LSOK this year. You'll find that 99.9% of the dudes on here are cool in person. You don't live to far away. Sent from a van down by the river
  17. What cracks me up us that I never said you were poor. I said " if a new crank constitutes millionaire money, you're in over your head". I said that because 450.00 is a drop in the bucket compared to what can be spent on these things. So if that pissed you off...oh well. Must have hit a little to close to home huh? And that wasn't even my intention. YOU assumed I was saying you were poor...All I mentioned was that you should be prepared to spend A LOT more than 450.00 on that motor ....If you want it done right. But whatever..you're a genuine idiot and there's no cure for that. Sent from a van down by the river

  21. In an effort to have a meaningful 2 stroke theory topic, why don't we pick a specific topic? How about anyone's theory ( tested or not) on the benefits of looping the incoming transfer charge or maybe how to keep as much of the fresh charge In the cylinder while it's filling? Just a couple ideas. Sent from a van down by the river

  25. Hey.Right away as in tomorrow? I doubt it. I would be able to take it off and pack it for shipping monday. I need 350.00 for it. I can include the R1 shock (modded to work on banshee) and all linkage hardware for 50.00. If you are drag racing, it's a hood combo. Sits the swinger almost level . Sent from a van down by the river
