  1. I have for sale my Passion Racing +4mil long rod stroker Cylinders. They have 3 heat cycles on them..about 15-20 minutes. I blipped around in front of my house while warming it up and these cyls are just straight NASTY! You will need to finish the heat cycles as you see fit. I like to run a tank through cyls before hammering down. They will include the stock head done by Jim ,set to run 100LL gas. They will include the Wiseco 795 pistons that he set the cylinders up with. They are on the 1st bore. I have a head gasket that i'll throw in as well. All you will need is a base gasket and you are ready to go. They were ported as a Dune/Aggressive Dune with very broad power. Everyone here knows what you are getting with a Passion engine,,,no disappointments that's for sure. Jim really took his time to hand craft this setup so i know once you get it broke-in fully you will be glad you bought these. This is you chance to get a great,stealthy topend quickly ,without the wait,crafted from one of our sponsors here in record time. The ONLY reason im selling them is because im parting the bike out and then doing a full drag chassis and all from the ground up. My wife isnt riding anymore so i can use her's for a play bike. I will post pictures of everything this afternoon when i get back home or in the morning. To re-cap: You get : (2) Passion Racing +4mm long rod Stroker cyls (15-20min of break-in) (2) Wiseco 795 stroker pistons set to these cyls by Jim (1) Head cut for this engine for 100LL (1) new head gasket total cost to me was $ 750.00in parts and labor. I want 650.00 + actual shipping costs. So you are getting all Passions work for a $100.00 discount and the cylinders & head for free. I think that is a VERY fair deal,,,,plus you dont have to wait!   2. Dont buy ANYTHING from that dude...he's a known scammer! I guarantee if you do,it wont be what you paid for or as described. Save yourself the hassle and headache. If you want a cub get it used from the classified here or from a site sponsor. That was my good deed for the day.......... you are welcome.
  3. Call Carb Parts Warehouse. No need to buy a jet "kit"... just get whatever jets you need. I'd start with 1 size up pilot and 290-310 mains. Set the clip in the 4th position from the top. Then plug chop.
  4. Man.... im not trying to be a butthole here, but i WOULD NOT EVER, EVER,EVER, buy something that came from "fullforcepowersports" , AKA corbitt, AKA numaine caston, or any other of his aliases. He's a rip-off artist .   5. Sorry for the bad cell pic. Thats the only one i have right now. I DO have the front piece that the 2 carb boots attach to as well. Just took it off when i was going to mount it to my wifes 2-1 trinity carb. I also have the lid,but NOT the snorkel . I'm a little o.c.d. so i put a bead of silicone in-between the pro-flow adapter and the box when mounting it up. Even though they have a gasket. I was concerned the gasket might deteriorate over time. Everything else is self explanatory i guess. If you need better pix,i can get them tomorrow.

  8. They prolly got some trash or shavings in the carb. disassemble and clean them.

  14. All those questions would be best answered by M&M since they are doing the work. I'd say yes to the 1st two questions.
  15. If you do mess it up ( hope not) i have a nice stock one that is complete with new bearings and carrier that you can have cheap..
  16. Just have your stock head re-cut for the stroke........cheaper than a new head.

  20. Its durable. I used to use it a lot about 13-14 yrs ago. If you bake it right you can barely get it off when you want to. It polishes up close to polished aluminum if you use a vibratory polisher on the piece . I've even used it on piston tops.

  22. What does the crossover have to do with anything? You need to think things through a little better. Let it go man. The seller of these has his product that works and sells them for a reasonable price. Quality product that works the PROPER way. If you think you have a better way,,,,, well by all means , build them and sell them YOUR way. Let the original poster sell his without your alternate ways of doing stuff. Maybe you should start your own thread. about testers and leave his thread alone. Even though i was just trying to help his thread by letting people know it IS a good product, im going to take my own advise and not clutter it up anymore by replying to your posts. Free Bump!!
