Yea, i can see them. You got the real deal there. I was looking in that location too,,didnt see them on mine. Strange. I wonder if they use a similar rubber like whats on their "K&N" knock-off filters? Have you noticed how that rubber is different than whats on a genuine K&N filter?

I know some guys have ran NiCaSil cylinders with the plating MISSING,,about a nickel sized patch. The thing is though,it was BELOW the exhaust port. Now,if you are like me, you just couldn't handle knowing your engine was being ran in that kinda shape...even IF it has been done before,with success. That stuff is TOUGH. That being said,i'd probably call whoever you bought the cyl from and see what they recommend just to be safe.

Thats strange. I looked mine over real good today and there isnt any kind of marking on the boots....I wonder if they switched boots suppliers mid-production or something?

Thats NOT rust or staining on the pipe in that one picture,by the mounting bracket. Thats just some red sand and water ,it wiped right off. I want to get some better pix of the mufflers because they have a few small dings in them. The pipes are great though. The dings in the silencers can only be seen when off the bike,not while installed. These were just repacked as well.

Pix today. The expansion chambers are in good shape. The mufflers have a couple dings that CANT be seen once installed. The coating was done by a local powdercoater that does ceramic coating as well. It isnt a "flat black" as much as its more of a satin finish....i dont know how else to explain it. It not all chalky looking i guess,but more of a smooth, inbetween shiney and flat look. I just repacked them as they have as much run time on them as the Passion cyls( 15 minutes break-in). Since the mufflers have some dings in them and arent perfect( although you cant see the dings once installed), i'll take $225.00. Shoot me an offer. I'll post pix later today. Thanks.

Those aren't detonation pits in the piston tops FYI, just some coolant i hadn't wiped off yet. Somebody buy these bad boys. They will come on early and like a freight train according to Passion. I never got the chance to see for myself as i decided to go to a full drag setup, still in the planning stages. I can forward you the jetting specs as well. Also stay posted as i will be parting everything from this bike except the cases. List and pix to be posted asap.
