well, will I be ok with +4 because my compression is around 120-125psi I do not have a milled head but do plan on a coolhead with 20cc domes in the near future? I just do not want to have to worrie about hurting my motor but would not mine some more power. should I start with +3 then how do I know if its to retard or advanced?

I dont want to blow threw a new topend thats all should I start at +3 first?

how will I know to retard or advance? my mods are, trail port, fmf golds, pods, and then stuff I dont think matters like oversized radiator and high flow impeller along with inline cooler.

what do you mean? I run 93oct pump gas, will I have to add race gas with +4 timing, because I want to just stay on pump gas,

will timing effect jetting?

not broke but mostly sripped out and bolts constantly backing out, I dont know... just trying to stick to american parts. I'll let you know though. is yours used? because $25.00 for used is alittle high because online there going for that brand new.

this is by no means a show bike, I just have heard bad things about the cast ones, If I get no bits for billet ones I'll let you know thanks man.

I have just heard bad things in the long run about cast, and dont want problems in the middle of no wear. well see if I get any bits... if not i'll check out the cast ones

rate now in the wanted section i have a post looking for a adjustable timming plat no cast junk, anyways have a few questions, if I advance my timming will it take away from my bottom end power? will this help me even though I trail ride, can you advance your timming with a stock head or do you have to run smaller domes? and in order to run a cool head with smaller domes do you have to advance your timming? I have a trail port and wesco pistons, stock head and was wondering whats the best advance +4? will this hurt my motor at all, and am I on the edge with +4 or is +4 just fine for my mods, I'm looking for more reliable power. thanks, Matt

is thats whats wrong with mine? If I kick it real slow it wont grab but as soon as I kick it fats it grabs every time. also when installing the clip there is a little loop that sticks out where does this face? I lined it up to slide into a hole in the case is that right?

on my other one the head snapped off so I just drilled it out and re-tapped it, if its stripped though you could just use an EZ-out.

Ya... I gotta say those things are ugly, the real raptors are nice looking bikes those arn't. I still think the stock plastics are the best looking thing, alot of people think the banshee is ugly but I always thought it looked like one tuff SOB, I even like the stock over fullbores I'm not a big fan of all the roundness. but those rear plastics look nice.

I just asked this question not to long ago, and the same awnser T.M. so I went with it... its a little more cahs for just being plastic, but you can see how it fills all the voids and braces everything, get it like I did, and dont look back.

ya I'd like to see what it looks like, because I have two bikes and if someone has a better stock mod I'd try it on the next one.

the size of the O-ring was 3/4 x 9/16 x 3/32 #11 O-ring, theres gotta be more of you out there with different remedies

I think all the packed grease just stops the rattling all together

I went up to my local hardware store(ACE) and picked up the O-ring and a metric grease fitting, the tap size i dont remember but just look at the pitch and drill accordinly than tap, its like the kicker was made for a O-ring there was already a cut around the edge for the ring to press in, i just brought the kicker in and tried different rings till one fit I can try to find the bag and get the size for you.

has anyone else tried this also?
